The room is very clean, bright and modern. The elevator system is very good it's not slow at all. The infinity pool and the gym are clean and there are attendants to help you if you need. The drinks at floor 42 are good and reasonable compared to other 5 star hotels in other cities.

Since this is both an apartment and a hotel the doormen keep asking if you stay in the apartment or hotel. We have hoped they will know our faces but no this happens everytime we go in. The hotel has not finished construction so sometimes it can be noisy in the afternoon when they're fixing things next to our room.

Lovely and luxurious new hotel near the beach. Our room was very modern and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they gave us great advice and helped us to rent a bike. I can strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend the weekend in Quy Nhon.

Surprisingly the best hotel I've stayed in during all my journey around Vietnam. Riding a motorbike from HCM city to Hanoi I occasionally decided to make a stop overnight on my way between Nha Trang and Da Nang. What a nice surprise both this zero turism city but mostly this wonderful brand new 5 star luxury hotel facing the beach and offering stunning views over the city and the mountains. The service was incredible (from reception to restaurant not to mention the spa) and all go beyond my expectations to make sure I was having a great stay. I cannot recommend enough this place to anyone passing by.

Without a doubt, the best hotel I've stayed in during my five years in Vietnam This is a brand new hotel with amazing facilitities. The staff is extremely friendly, would especially like to thank Nga (performance manager) and Nhi who works as waitress in the restaurant for their above-and-beyond service. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very very clean with the newest features. Food is absolutely delicious and presented beautifully too. The staff is very professional and this helped enhance the experience. Will definitely return here anytime I am in Quy Nhon!

Grand Hyams certainly lived up to its five star rating. The superb facilities, the kind and caring staff who can’t do enough for you made our stay here unforgettable. Our room had a sweeping panoramic view of the beautiful bay that was breathtaking to wake up to. The room itself is super modern with all the plug-ins and electronic gadgets that you can imagine. Even the curtains were controlled remotely - treat yourself and book a room with included breakfast. The 41st floor restaurant is delightful and modern with floor to ceiling windows that give you 360° views of the city and ocean.The food selection at the buffet suits all tastes and has outstanding service. The complementary laundry service was amazingly well done, and a wonderful treat for travellers who need to refresh their clothing. From upper management down to room service everyone has worked tremendously to ensure we are having a fantastic holiday in Quy Nhon.Truly a five-star experience. We had expected to stay two nights, but had to increase it to four nights to savour the experience.

Facilities are modern and in the good conditions. Our room has a great view to beach and city. Staff are helpful most of the times especially people at the check-in counter and lobby.

Staff at the breakfast buffet really needs to pay more attention to detail. For example, we ordered some noodles but they did not bring to us or notify us when the noodles were ready. Another example was that when our table were full of used plates, no staff noticed that to remove them right away. Note that, there were not so many guests when we started the breakfast. We really like the hotel and hope that the hotel manager will receive this constructive feedback to improve services and fully satisfy other guests.

Very modern meet international standard. Very large bathroom with tub and shower. The room is spacious balcony with 1/2 ocean view and 1/2 city view. Roof top Restaurant and bar nightly and the weather is perfect.

The hotel is at a perfect location. Walking distance to the beach, plenty of restaurants around. Easy to pick up electric cart for strolling in the city or taxi to airport. Recommend to plan 1 hour from hotel to airport!!!!

The room was very comfortable, large and clean.

The chicken skewers at dinner were uncooked and had to be sent back to be cooked more. They came back unskwered on the plate.. No bill reduction was offered, even though we suggested that this item should be removed. Staff seem to have no autonomy

Very polite and helpful staff, clean and excellently built hotel near beach. It was a delightful holiday. Quang greeted us with a smile the moment the taxi stopped at the hotel and took care of our luggage. The reception was very friendly and helpful - gave us the best room available. The indoor pool was great.
