nice little surprise, since I did not expect this level of quality in Thai Binh. - lovely modern / futuristic decor, with lots of nice little hidden things in the room. - very smart design to make use of space. big spacious window with panoramic view of the city. - the lounge area is massive with lots of games and facilities

Clean great building nice location good . Hotel actually Not 4 star. My recommendation 5 star hotel .
Just only reception worker person They don’t know English very well . Otherwise no complain about anything.

I like SOJO 247 Lounge and all the designs
They offered a cool app to control your room but it did not work and staff could not help. Anyway, I did not expect the app, just a thought.

clean and nice.
The technical staff trying to fake off by saying winter time no aircon available in the room (all window is sealed). He advise to keep the room cooling, open the door to let hot air out and cool air in. After multiple insist, aircon finally available after 2 hours and was told by front counter aircon rectified. what an lame excuse indeed!
