This hotel is so beautiful. The grounds are spacious and meticulously maintained. Our villa was roomy, cosy, and clean. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options - from sushi and Pho to more Western breakfast options (like pastries and freshly made omelettes). The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We want to particularly thank Quynh for her attentiveness. Overall, we loved it and recommend it highly!

One small detail to keep in mind is that this resort is situated quite a distance from the city, meaning there are limited activities available outside of the resort. So if you want to party, I would choose something different. However, if you just want to relax near the beach (which was what we wanted), it's perfect. The sea—if you, like me, love swimming—is clean and warm, but it is perhaps not as clear due to the waves. That said, we still absolutely loved our stay :)

Breakfast was very good with many options available and also you could find enough variety for lunch and dinner for a week's stay. Location is very quite and outside the resort there was basically nothing to visit or see. The nearby Hamptons Pier, which we visited one time, was basically a deserted business/restaurant complex.

Coffee machine was undersized especially during rush hours and many times it took some time before someone from the staff looked after it to make sure it worked properly. It was also unfortunate that the Japanese restaurant was only open for lunch, not dinner.

This resort has many complementary activities. We stayed 4 nights and didn't feel like we ran out of things to do. Nothing really close by but a 15-20min taxi ride will take you into a small town . Staff are super helpful and getting around the resort was a breeze with the efficient buggy service. The grounds are very well kept. Very thoughtful lemongrass scents around the entire place to repel mosquitoes. Breakfast selection was good with a new daily soup everyday. The kids really enjoyed watching the gardeners picking the coconuts from the trees everyday.

Food was great however the service at the restaurants is abit disorganised. Took us a couple hours to get our dinner one night and over 3 hours for the table next to us. On another occasion no one took our order for an hour.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. The rooms were always clean and well made up. There were always available sun beds and cabinas and they had resort towels on the beds rolled and ready. The grounds were well maintained and the free activities such as movie night with popcorn, aqua fit in the pool, bikes, games, 24 hour gym and going to the farm all held interest. Kids loved the roasting marshmallows on the beach. The beach was always quiet. Breakfast variety was always varied and excellent food. The service great with staff remembering gluten free bread order every day.

There are few cheaper alternatives to food and eating in the evenings. The Breeza restaurant was good food but the same prices as eating out at home and for many, not a financial option for this. The upstairs Vietnamese restaurant was a little cheaper. Cocktails were also expensive, as was the spa. We had massages in other destinations on our trip at a third of the price. We ended up going to Hampton Pier. This is well under developed with many shops closed. We also got drinks here to bring back to the resort as you can get them for 20,000 and not 50,000. We ate in a good restaurant on the pier on 3 different occasions.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are big and clean. Pool and restaurants are very good. Restaurant staff at Breeza are very nice, especially Jessie who made us feel special with some extra attention to our kid.

Unfortunately the description about kids club is not accurate. Kids club is only a room with 3 tv screen and toys are very poor. Also you can NOT leave your kids there but you have to be present at all time when kids are less than 5 years old. Same thing for babysitting service. I would recommend to work a little better on that service. Another negative note is the absence of services outside the resort. The Hampton are empty, there is a big kids playground but it’s shut for some reasons. Also there are no other shops or massage places than the ones in the hotel. We went to the near town but they refused to do massages to foreigners (I’m a woman and I was with my husband and older kid) Definitely I would not recommend to stay more than 6 days, it can get pretty boring

The villas are amazing, the staff extremely helpful and the resort grounds beautiful. April was a fantastic time of the year to be there, no rain and the cloud burnt off by early afternoon. The animals in their small farm was a plus for the kids and the outdoor movie set up. Breakfasts were terrific and bicycles to borrow for getting around the spacious grounds. Recommend the fully inclusive package but be wary of ordering room service as they charge exorbitant prices.

The beach was a struggle to keep clean and the sea is full of floating plastic, rubber. and muck. I got food poisoning from shellfish which was summarily dismissed by a manger on the grounds that no one else had reported being sick. Given the distance from the airport complimentary transfers (or at least discounted) would have been nice - $120AUD each way minimum for a 2 hour drive was steep.

Gorgeous property with magnificent ocean views. The pool was lovely looking over the beach. There were activities for kids (and adults) and you can get around the place on bikes. We caught the free shuttle bus to/from HCMC which took about 2 hours. Also, the best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had. Just amazing. Overall, a wonderful, relaxing time.

You have to buy all food and drink from the restaurants which of course is pretty pricey, especially with all the service and taxes. It’s a shame there wasn’t a small grocery shop on the property to at least get some water, fruit, snacks etc. There is the pier next door but the offerings were a bit limited. Just be prepared to pay a lot for food/drink.

Everything was perfect!

There’s 3 restaurants in the resort. While the Sasa, and Muoi are over grade, the Breese’s (beach service next to the restaurant) staff were deeply under level. They made us felt guilty if we want to order drink and/or food. May be the problem was they had to work (off course their work)! Otherwise if you move some meters closer to the pool (pool bar) you will have all service on the level as the hotel’s grade (from the same restaurant!!!). So it’s the reason why I didn’t give the points under 10, because it’s should be unfair to the other staff member. Especially thanks to Trinh, Thu, Xiu at the Muoi restaurant (and all of other staff’s member), with their host and kindness we feel fully compensated!

The levels beach pool villa was lovely. We went all inclusive and it was well worth it as the range and availability of food and drink was great. We loved the pool and patio being set far back enough from the sea to enjoy the view but still feel very private. The buggy pick up was great as it was the end of the rainy season and meeting us at the door with an umbrella was a nice touch. The levels lounge and pool was great. We are 2 adults, no kids, but we loved the little farm. A cute after breakfast trip!

Loved it all!

I cannot fault this beautiful resort absolutely everything about this place is amazing. From the breakfast buffet the pool area and beach swimming. The restaurants and relax areas. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are incredible the beach view really lives up to the name with an amazing view of the entire beach. Literally heaven on earth I can’t wait to go back.
