A pleasant hotel placed halfway between the Front Beach and Back Beach. The room was serviced daily and toiletries and drinking water were supplied. There was hot water to the hand-basin and shower. There is a lift to all floors. All the hotel staff we polite and helpful. There are a few options of room choice. The price was very resonable and compares favaourably with other similar hotels, however I believe this hotel is just a little better. There is no food available but there are many restaurants, cafes and bars very close by. There is a well stocked mini-mart just next door to the hotel. A good option for both short and long stays.

Friendly staff, especially Miss.VAN was the best service lady from this hotel. She was valued hidden jewelry for this hotel. Clean environment, good air, and almost good service staff. I wanna 3 star only for this hotel but...5 - a star because...

If someone wants to stay there for more than 3 nights, must prepare a few items before check-in. If not, there is nothing place to buy any item, far-away a few kilometers any convenience shop from the hotel. Hot springs but lower temperature. Many visitors say, " feel no hot water" However, the staffs are always checking the water temperature but too low degree, at least preparing one of the pool temperatures between 38~41 degrees & notify. There are many small & large pools but all pools kept coooool. Don't know why, probably for the vietnamese only??? Maybe they forgot it's the Hot Springs water, not a swimming pool.

the property was amazing, well located, very clean, excellent for couples in either a singke stay or an extended vacation. staff were knowledgeable, friendly, spoke and communicated well in both english & Vietnamese. local knowledge was amazing to have on our short stay, excellent filication of additional needs (motobike rental, good food places - both street food & dine in)

Location is a few hundred metres from the sea, plenty of eatery choices within walking distance, friendly staff, excellent facilities, the room was clean and comfortable and a good size, great view from our room on level 3 at the front of the hotel, free use of bicycles. Nothing was too hard for the staff. Great value for the money we paid.

The mattress was a bit hard, also we had to ask for our room to be serviced.

Rooms were adequate location was good for local restaurants but a distance from the beach

Rooms were not serviced daily we stayed three days and not once was the rooms cleaned or towels changed

Spacious room New and clean Sofa and working area. Big window Good location

First night we stay in first floor, it is a bit noisy and there are mosquitoes inside. 2nd and 3rd night we moved to third floor which is much better. Night shift guy at reception was not friendly and seems does not care about the business.

Nice hotel, very clean, well arranged with furniture. Staff are all kind and helpful.

The only one small thing that I dont like is no toothpaste available in the dental kit

Very clean. The room for 2 people is large. Internet was good, smart TV with Netflix and many others app

Parking area for motorbike was a little bit small

Facilities are new, bed is very comfortable

They should provide small towels in the bathroom
