It was clean ,well maintained ,and had everything we needed

The room service, the food (breakfast buffet was amazing!!) and the restaurant staff were all kind and extremely helpful! Really felt well treated and welcomed during our whole stay.

We wanted to check in earlier and didn’t mind paying for a full day. We then sent a request to the hotel but the staff didn’t knew if we would be able to check in 3 hours earlier... Instead, they said that we would be only able to check their availability at the counter in person, and not through email or call inquiry ahead of time. I feel like this is something you’d know by checking the bookings?

the location was nice for a first time to São Paulo. Not knowing where things are and how safe your surroundings are is common for a first visit. The area felt safe and well accessible for ride share pickup/drop offs.

I wish we could have had a better view at the top of the hotel. I would have also like to have a bar available up there too. If this was a service that was already offered I did not know.

Good breakfast with a nice selection of fruit. The hotel has a comfortable although small rooftop pool. The rooms are comfortable, spacious. Good location, close to subway, shops and restaurants, just seems to require a little extra care at night.

The matresses can be a little soft.

the location is perfect at the heart of Pinheiros next to the bars etc. The breakfast was also good and the room was good and clean

the air conditioning was loud so we had to turn it off during the night so we could sleep, and they turn of the hot water during night so if you shower around 2am the water is not very hot

Great location,10 min walk to bars and restaurants and supermarket. Nice spacious room, extra large bed,mini bar and snacks available.Nice shower and toiletries. Great breakfast,buffet style. Good wifi connection. Very clean and comfortable.roof top pool and sun lounge area.

No toilet facilities on top floor when using pool area, need to use facilities in the gym area. Heating in room didnt appear to give out heat

They made and my partner vegan breakfast. We were super surprised at how far and beyond the staff went for us. The whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Really nice view of the city. I wish I had had more time to relax in the swimming pool. I'd love to go back to this hotel.

Location was beyond great. Central to Pinheiros and Vila Madalena. The room was spacious and the food was fair

Dinner at the restaurant was subpar and I would not recommend it. The gym was also not great for any strength training. Cardio is fine.

great breakfast, great location, lovely staff

as a solo traveller, I did not like the dark hallways. as someone concerned about the environment, I appreciate the energy savings. maybe there is a way to keep the hallway lights on longer after you open the door to your room?

The location was great for piñeros and villa madelena. Breakfast had a lot of options and a long time to attend. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were given.

The decor is out dated. The gym is poorly equipt.
