Great hotel - so clean and comfortable. The only reason I've not given it 10 out of 10 is the ferocious aircon - our room was arctic when we arrived and I was a bit too chilly despite turning it off for the night. Also the swimming pool.is the size of a bathtub Haha! And heated - so hard to cool off. Otherwise the staff are lovely, they give you a very good breakfast and the place is spotlessly clean.

Nice infrastructure

It was not the hotel’s full fault, but there was a major black out in São Paulo, and the generator at hotel didn’t seem to work 100%. The apartment hall was extremely dark and no emergency light neer or in the rooms. Room 409. Another problem was during breakfast, the coffe and milk container would only be enough for a few guests at a time, due to the small sized recepient, taking a while to be replaced. For a four star hotel that is not acceptable.

I had an accident where I hurt my nose and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Was so impressed by the service they are a delight the rooms were sparkling clean and everything was so comfortable. A joy to be there.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was really worth it.

In my opinion, it is time for a reform in the room 702 as there's few things not functioning perfectly and/or getting old.

Breakfast was awesome and the service started very early in the morning, perfect for our need.

Room temperature at arrival. Suggest switching on the air conditioning before passengers arrival.

Staff friendly and polite

The staff was very friendly and cooperative location is good too close to the mall and many good restaurants.

Lobby area isn’t big enough or catchy. The first impression of the property makes you think it was a wrong decision.

Good located, we had a lot of restaurants, bars and shopping near to us, facilities were exceptional and staff is excellent since arriving to leaving. Breakfast buffet a piece of art

A little bit far from train station

Spacious room, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. The Tatuapé metro is a short walk away and will take you right to the centre of SP.

The rooms were very clean, good wifi. The breakfast is worth every cent, the food was amazing.

The attention at the restaurant was a little slow for dinner.
