Location. Value for money.

Lack of selection for beverages. One has to strenously call the attention of waiter who was, in fairness, doing other work. Lack of attentiveness. No one was answering calls for room service nor front desk inquiries. Had to go down to lobby to secure a trolley for luggage checkout.

The food, the room, the pool and the whole ambiance is quite and relaxing and the restaurant as well is malinis and organize very accommodating yung mga staff na nag work.

yung towel sa banyo ang white color naging dirty white na sya very luma na i could say na parang trapo na lang yun. If you can change your towel baka mas lalong ganahan pa ang customer ninyo bumalik.

Everything! Staff was professional and friendly,Buffet breakfast amazing with so many choices! Room was beautiful,clean,comfy bed.Luk Foo Palace food was so good!

Complimentary bottles of water and bathroom tissue in the rooms are too small.We had to ask for more of each quite a few times in the 3 days we stayed there.

Great ambiance. Excellent food. Exquisite spread. Made me nostalgic of my childhood. I like that it's a local franchise. Staff was attentive and exemplified true Dabawenyo hospitality.

Maintence problems never fixed stationary exercise bike. Saw bugs I my room after treatment. Never solved bug problem after several complaints.

One slight staff problem. The restaurant staff was a bit slow attending to my table during an evening service.

This is an ideal location if you want to stay near the airport and shopping mall. Acacia is relatively new hotel with a good value of money. Not to mention the most comfortable bed at par at some major hotel groups.

I noticed there was no proper exhaust in the room. Our room at that time smells like a pancit and unpleasant smell at the bathroom. That's the thing the hotel management should look into.

Very clean and cozy

The front desk who assisted us when we first checked in only provided us 1 key card instead of 2. He didn’t give us clear instructions it’s as if we’re already experts of the hotel. He’s a guy, yes. He should give considerations to first timers and should give Clear instructions. He even told us we have free breakfast but we did’t have free breakfast. We paid for our breakfast. We extended our stay and gladly it’s not the guy who assisted us anymore. The lady front desk gave us clear instructions and gave us 2 keycards and always greeted us with a big smile.

We were few minutes late for breakfast on the first day, but the staff was kind enough to serve us our “plated food” and coffee. Plus points for that kind gesture❤️

We saw one house keeping staff in the elevator while we’re waiting in the 4F pulling the towels & linens on the floor😆😳 they should transport clean towels&linens with a cart or something. A big NO NO NO!!!

Front desk staff always so nice and professional and check in very fast.Rooms are super clean and beds,pillows very comfy.The breaktast buffet has many choices and the food is good
