I recently stayed at Acacia Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The receptionists were exceptional, offering excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. They were warm, welcoming, and accommodating, setting a fantastic tone for our stay. A special mention goes to JR and Jeff, the waiters who truly made our stay extra memorable. Their attentive service and friendly demeanour added a personal touch we greatly appreciated. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. Despite some minor issues with the room amenities, which were promptly resolved by the responsive staff, our stay at Acacia Hotel was fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and hospitable place to stay.

The location is super good, the reason why I booked it because it’s near from the airport. I had my flight the following day. Plus it’s near from many landmarks but of course by car.

The extra bed that we requested for additional fees, which was 1000 pho was so bad. The mattress is very thin basically you sleep in the metal frame. For me it didn’t work because I have back condition. Plus it was not provided with additional blanket it was only thin sheet. Moreover, the breakfast was overpriced for my 11 years old daughter. 800 php Lastly, the water in the shower was very weak pressure.

Breakfast buffet was good, many food choices. Although there were many people in the restaurant during breakfast; hope the space will be larger. Location wise, it was good as it is near SM Lanang and Ayala Abreeza malls.

I hope the restaurant for the breakfast buffet will be larger in order to accommodate more guests. But overall, it's a nice hotel for staycations. Definitely a must try!

Overall, it was a good hotel. Clean rooms, good service from staff. We checked in very late due to a delayed flight and the staff was very accommodating.

The breakfast was very overpriced and not that great. The drinks at the hotel were also overpriced and seemed to have almost no alcohol in them.

Front desk ladies, cherry and Alyssa are simply the best. This is my second stay and I extended my stay an extra night. Staff amazing, facilities excellent, I highly recommend Acacia Hotel Davao city. Warmly greeted by lovely staff

Location. Value for money.

Lack of selection for beverages. One has to strenously call the attention of waiter who was, in fairness, doing other work. Lack of attentiveness. No one was answering calls for room service nor front desk inquiries. Had to go down to lobby to secure a trolley for luggage checkout.

The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is walking distance to the mall. The hotel has it's own restaurant and Cafe. We feel secured and safe since there are securities and the presence of the police. Highly recommended to stay.

The food, the room, the pool and the whole ambiance is quite and relaxing and the restaurant as well is malinis and organize very accommodating yung mga staff na nag work.

yung towel sa banyo ang white color naging dirty white na sya very luma na i could say na parang trapo na lang yun. If you can change your towel baka mas lalong ganahan pa ang customer ninyo bumalik.
