Breakfast was good. Location was good for a small city. A few restaurants within walking distance. Quiet location.

Too many fluffy pillows. I only use firm pillows and none were to be found in the room. As a result, I had uncomfortable nights. Room service not provided for our two night stay. No bath mat.

The toilet paper. Really you are not saving money. We just have to use more!!! Pillows are all the same - very thick. Would be nice to have a couple less.

Location is very good, surrounding with restaurants, saloon, coffee shop and at walking distance from Walmart. The bed is so comfortable and coffee machine also in the room. I can't forget the Leduc lake, which it is within walking distance also

Great onsite restaurant/lounge. Breakfast available for a extra charge. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower. Great parking. Good area for walking the downtown core.

4 pillows available for use, but all were the same size. so if you have a preference, bring yours from home.

Breakfast was good and the dining area had nice windows. I like to see the sun in the morning ! Our room was comfortable and spacious with a king bed and small sitting area. The shower was fabulous - jets all over the place and even a waterfall!

I would like to say Christina at the front desk and Raul in the restaurant at Premier Best Western in Leduc, Alberta deserve a substantial raise! They were beyond accommodating, kind and conversational. You could tell they actually care about people and their well being. They make me want to go back! Thank you for being you!

The stay was quiet, clean and restful. Just what I needed.

The toilet was plugged and the maintainence man was not on site so I had to plunge the toilet myself.

How clean it is ! The decor and layout is beautiful !

The window blinds We were on the main floor You have the heavy curtains and a blind that’s it so being on the main floor we had no view of outside with out everyone seeing us and our things inside

the heat was way too hot even when we turned the thermostat off

As the titel says: the bed, the spacious modern and clean rooms.

Only thing was the longer wait for the airport shuttle then expected. But maybe I just wasnt lucky.
