I loved how absolutely friendly every staff working was my entire stay! They treat you like family, make conversation when we come and go through the lobby, smile, and are all kind. I also LOVED the breakfast! So many great options and the staff kept everything stocked and fresh. Tables were constantly cleaned, even when it was busy. The pool was so much fun for my family and very clean. The whole facility was clean and looked great the entire stay. It was also very nice to have an outside courtyard type option!

There was some miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel and my reservation ended up appearing as canceled when I went to check in. It was a little stressful but the staff found me a room and took care of helping to make sure I was not double charged. Highly impressed! Just wanted to share for future booking.com reservations to help everyone in those situations!

Staff let us check in early, which was super appreciated! Room was clean and nice, and even though we had a neighbor with a young child, we couldn't hear them unless we were in the hall. Breakfast was beyond what we expected; it was an entire buffet! Location is fantastic and convenient.

Building design/ layout is not great if you are using a wheelchair (no ADA automatic door openers, elevator is tiny). Bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan.

Breakfast was great, Robert was a really friendly guy. The food was plentiful and piping hot. The best part of my stay was the comfortable bed and the delicious food at breakfast. Once again, I must mention Robert he was great.

Price could have been a little more budget friendly.

Hot breakfast - Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Links, Breakfast Burittos, Biscuits and Gravy, Pancakes, Hot and Cold Cereals, Hard Boiled Eggs, Muffins, Coffee, Juices, etc... Always nice to have FREE Breakfast!!!

The facilities was very old and dated for the amount of $140 we paid for a night. The beds were like a piece of plywood covered with a sheet. I expected a lot better from a Best Western.

The hobby people were nice. The room was a great size and their beds are comfy. Bathrooms are a good size and the shower worked great. The property in general is nice. Great location, there’s a bunch of restaurants and gas stations right next door. Didn’t have time for the pool but it looked nice and a good size.

Checking in was great. Changed room to ADA, Booking.com doesn't communicate to hotel. Breakfast was exceptional.

The room was nice with a large pool. Too many people in the pool though and smelled too strong. Breakfast was great!

Room keys didn’t like to work well.

Staff was amazing. Got upgraded to an amazing suite without even asking. Will recommend this place to other.
