I was there on personal business. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room size was amazing. The king bed was VERY comfortable. It was probably one of the most comfortable hotel mattresses I've ever slept on. No "musty" room odors and the room was clean. I loved the nice clean WHITE linens and the option of soft or firm pillows on the bed. Room AC was quiet and it seemed like the walls weren't the typical paper thin "hear everything next door" type. I didn't try the breakfast or pool so I can't comment on those.

Looked like maybe the carpet could use a good shampooing, but that was minor to me. The grout in the bathroom was breaking up and I stepped on a piece of it (ouch : ) ) but overall I was very happy with the accommodations. It fit my needs perfectly. I would definitely stay there again if needed.

We stayed in Room 307 Jennifer was our house keeper she was amazing our room was so clean I have a phobia of motels /hotels i am scared of bed bugs or dirty sheets Our room was so comfortable the whole stay was amazing except the pool could use a little more care but it was good the breakfast was excellent!!

Great room! Overall very clean establishment! My room was perfect! It had the cleanest accommodation ever! The breakfast bar was wonderful! Would stay again!

The room could have complimentary bottle water for the coffee machine. The lamps kinda worked, but they would work for a little bit and then died. At one point, 2 lamps did not turn on.

The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pancake machine was broken on first morning worked day 2 but very slow. Elevator was broke and only 1 elevator and we were on the 4th floor.

The location was great, close to everything I needed to get too. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable . The only thing that’s was wrong was a bad tile and grout was coming up in the bathroom. I would stay there again if I ever need to stay in Altus. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It wasn’t a bad thing for me, but it could become a problem for some, the tile and the grout was coming up in the bathroom.

I loved the softness of the beds. I also loved the clean bathroom and the view from the 3rd floor, it was beautiful.

A great big thank you to Zane the evening desk clerk, who made check in an absolute breeze and he was very knowledgeable about the area and the rest of the hotel. My wife and I have been on a 10 day nine State rockhound in outing, Out of all of the hotels we stayed Zane was definitely the best clerk we had!!

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable.

That I didn't get the room I reserved, I got a handicap room which I didn't understand but was too tired to mention it.

Everything, great room, great staff, great breakfast, so quiet and comfortable. slept very well. Love the Dove products in the bathroom

Our first room had a noisy fan and Zane changed our room. He also recommended a good place to eat. He was very friendly and helpful. Nice hot breakfast.

Loose tiles on bathroom floor pinched our feet.
