The Junior 2 queen bed suite room was clean, beds were very comfortable (firm), staff were friendly, good variety of channels. Great lighting in room, shower head was good with lots of pressure. Room was clean everyday (we stayed for 4 days 11-15Jul 24). Only thing is our room was upstairs no handicap access for the 2nd floor, struggled to get our luggage upstairs, we were told the Junior suites were up stairs and larger suites were downstairs, this would be the only reason we would stay elsewhere on our next visit. But if we were healthy enough to carry your luggage upstairs, we would stay again. Larger suites were more than we needed. Only reason for 9 of 10 rating.

No handicap accommodation for 2nd floor room access. Would have to upgrade to get a first floor room we were told.

The room was a great size. The Air Condition was working great it got too cold that we had to rise the AC unit. Hotel Room was very clean. The BBQ Pits were awesome very big. The hotel staff were very friendly. The Bar was awesome!

Our hotel keys didn't work for the outside restroom of the pool. We had to go inside lobby to use restroom each time. The BBQ pit was dirty and the staff wasn't able to clean it. The breakfast was delicious but the fact that we couldn't get our own food and rely on only one staff member to serve all the guests wasn't cool. I felt bad for her serving everyone and felt uncomfortable asking for refills on food and drinks.

Breakfast is ok, if for few days stay, but I was there several weeks and then you would like some more choice. The choice was so, so for long stay, but I has lucky because of the lady from the kitchen - with her welcome she where compensating the lack of choice. The bed was super comfy, the breakfast is good compared with other hotels, there are a lot of nearby shopping options, the size of the room was large compared to other experiences we've had, too... I would gladly go back to stay there with my entire family

The only thing i could complain was that the room smelled like humidity... I suspect this was not an issue of a single room... the lamps had a little mold...

The breakfast was awesome! The best hotel breakfast I EVER had. I had to ask for toilet paper and bath towels but they were very nice about it. Pool area was clean. Our room was clean except for the floors. I had to wear socks and or shoes the whole time bc the floor turned my feet black lol. But besides the floors everything else was clean. Over all I guess we were happy with our stay. The beds were comfortable too

Our hotel floors were nasty. Very dirty and unsanitary. I had to wear socks and or shoes the whole time or my feet would be black just walking to the bathroom and back.

We have stayed at this location couple of times in the past.. our only complaint this time was the weekend bar nights going too long into the night. Then the crowd moves outside. Not to mention parking availability if you return too late in the evening . As a customer paying for a room to rest . Having loud cars and loud people outside the hotel until 2 am is not the most desirable.

The staff was exceptional. Lady that managed the breakfast area went out of her way to be helpful.

Didn’t like the way the bathroom door opened blocking use of the sink. Wish they would have a variety of thicknesses of pillows.

The room was very clean and the staff was excellent. Breakfast was also awesome.

I paid for a Jr suite and needed the room downstairs as my father had knee surgery, the ac was leaking water everywhere. Moved me to a smaller regular double upstairs and was told I would be moved to another suite the next morning. I went the next morning to remind the staff and they refused to move me and refuse to discount my rate. I paid for the bigger suite and stayed in the small double.

The coffee was great. I was surprised that most everything was cooked to order.

More fruit and veggie options would be nice.

Location was great, close to food places. Breakfast was wonderful. Authentic Mexican food made by Kathy. She made sure every customer was taken care of at Breakfast time. She was friendly and attentive. She is one of the reasons why we will go back. Also, front desk was very helpful when we needed towels or coffee.. I thought my fridge was not working and the clerk came to my room and checked it out. He was nice and didn't seem to mind. Housekeeping could use some work. (See notes below)

When we first checked into the room my son walked around the floors in his socks and within minutes the socks where filthy dirty. Also, husband moved the bed closer to the wall to keep baby safe at night and found that the floor under the bed was extremely dirty as well with some weird red residue on the floor. I strongly believe housekeeping could use some work in keeping floors clean, along with stained pillow case..
