From the moment I entered the breakfast area, I was greeted with the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and warm pastries. The selection of baked goods was extensive, with flaky croissants, buttery muffins, and a tempting assortment of danishes. Each bite was a heavenly treat. The hot food section was equally impressive. There were fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and savory sausages, all cooked to perfection. The breakfast potatoes were a delightful addition, perfectly seasoned and wonderfully crispy. For those seeking a healthier option, there was a selection of fresh fruits, yogurts, and granola.

Everything was up to my standards.

Have stayed at this property often over the last 2 1/2 years. The staff is always incredible and very helpful. We do our family weekends/stress free time getaways every 2 weeks in auburn and this is the place we will stay 9 times out of 10. The rates are always great. The junior suites are a very good size for the rates they usually are. Similar to what you’d pay at a Hilton/Hyatt/Marriott for a regular queen room! The corporate suites are also amazing. Definitely do the corporate if you have a toddler and they like to run around! Big “living room/seating” area with a couch(with pullout bed), 2 chairs, coffee table and huge tv’s in every room. The pool is kept very nice and you’re right next to a Starbucks, fast food, grocery and restaurants all within less than a 5 min drive. This is one of our favorite hotels to say the least. If you’re booking a stay in auburn i highly recommend Red Lion Inn.

Did provide breakfast and it was decent as well had a lot of food places around the area.

Was looking at the room rates to add on another night which was only $87- end up waiting till the morning to go talk to someone since it was 130am and price went up to$114 and of course they didn't accommodate the price but that's my fault as well. Should of just got it online when i seen it.

Breakfast was good with some hot options (scrambled eggs and sausage patties) unlike many other hotels where it's bread/waffles/pastries only. Really comfortable big bed and large room. Very clean. Terrific value. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

Lots of noise from users of the swimming pool. Perhaps upgrading the glazing would help with this.

The girl at the front desk when I checked in around 7 pm was exceptional and very helpful. Easy and fast check in and out. Even ask to stay past checkout another 30 mins and had no issues. Very accommodating and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again....

The only thing and its not a big deal but my shoes squeeked on the floor when I walked around the room.

One aspect that truly stood out was the attention to detail in presentation. The breakfast area was immaculately organized, and the food was beautifully displayed. The staff were attentive and regularly replenished the items to ensure a seamless experience for the guests.

First and foremost, the food was delicious and plentiful. The hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, including both hot and cold dishes, as well as options for those with dietary restrictions. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and the dishes.

Everything was great except for the old paintings.

The property location is great - just off the highway making it easy to get to all things locally and Lake Tahoe. The hotel offers a free breakfast and there is a Starbucks right across the street. The staff is very friendly and helpful, happy to help share local recommendations on restaurants and other local sights.

The property is a little older and some things could stand to be updated.

The location was very good. Other than a long time to check in, Everything else was good. The room was clean a bathroom very clean. It was a very quiet place to stay.

Having to walk up the stairs from the lobby there is no elevator
