The service (Excellent), Clean room, Clean Building. Prompt delivery to service request. Lovely Location. EZ access to shops, stores, local sceneries,downtown ect.

Parking is a bit expensive. Guess of the hotel should be given free parking. Breakfast should also be included with your stay or offer at a reasonable price. Image a family of 5 @ $15.00 per person. Check In time should be more accomdating.

Service from the employees was very friendly, helpful and prompt. The valet have a tough situation to deal with as so many cars can fit in the small driveway, but they handled the situation the best they can and as fast as they could, while being courteous and professional to any impatient guests.

There needs to be a more efficient way of funneling traffic through the small driveway. It creates a stressful situation for guests and employees.

It was a good location, easy valet service. it felt pretty safe.

You need more food options. The one bar with grab and go is not a good option for the price of the hotel plus the food options were not good. There should be at least breakfast offered with your stay. The price for the hotel is really high

The carpet in the room 523 was very gross . But it was quiet at night and felt safe there.

if I’m paying $200 for a room, the parking should be included. Much less charging me $60 on top of what I already spent. I’m just a blue collar middle class working man.

Didn’t have the breakfast -loved location to crypto arena - lobby smells amazing - loved the in room music

The in room music was awesome - however - it appeared that it may have been playing in adjacent unoccupied rooms during the night and was able to hear that while trying to sleep - might be something to address for unoccupied rooms

The staff was excellent and allowed for early check-in. I got a text that my room was ready and all I had to do was go to the front desk and collect my keys. The property is extremely clean and well-maintained.

The rooms are a little on the small side for the price.

The location of this hotel was very convenient and allowed me and my friend to travel and see things in downtown LA. We also had a very pleasant experience with the facilities that we explored and bought some stuff such as food.
