Location was great - avoided the traffic and congestion of downtown LA. Construction in the area was manageable. We did the self parking and it was easy to get in and out of. Access to the parking garage was great, without having to trek through the lobby, allowing for less "congestion" in the middle of a pandemic. The double-bed room was a good size for two people.

The refrigerator cooled very slowly, so it took overnight for our drinks to get cold. The shower head didn't change water pressure.

Booked on booking.com, did not know about the extra fees, at least $90.00 more. Plus could not use my ING number cause it's a third party booking. Otherwise everyone at the hotel were awesome and very nice!

The location was perfect. The hotel offers perfect access to Brentwood, Westwood, Beverly Hills, Hollywood and beyond. The staff was very attentive and practiced all present COVID-19 protocols.

One of the elevators was not working during our stay. Also, it was very difficult to control the air conditioning. The steep "resort fees" did not seem worth it during a pandemic as many of the amenities were closed.

quite expensive. Nothing is really happening in the surroundings, especially when UCLA is closed for holidays. Parking is ludicrously expensive, but we found out that you van park across the street for free (Thanks door guy!!)

It was very clean an amazing location. But Wilshire facing units are so loudly due to road is very busy.

Staff was amazing. we let them know we were celebrating our engagement and they upgraded our room. Free daily happy hour was nice as well.

The location was ok but there weren’t a ton of restaurants and shops close by.

Jennifer, the young woman working at the desk, provided exceptional service—solicitous, efficient, warm—from start to finish, and Matthew. checked in with us, too. Both employees made our stay feel personalized, much better than comparable lodgings we have had in other cities. The wine in the afternoon and the coffee in the morning were a generous touch.

The staff are super nice, very professional, accommodating and friendly. Loved the cozy pool. Walking distance to restaurants and shops which is rare in L.A. They have complimentary wine hour. Overall very comfortable place.

No breakfast on sight because the restaurant is closed for breakfast during the week and overall has limited menu
