Staff was so helpful getting us a room that was on first floor and pet friendly! She went above and beyond the call of duty! Amazing, Thank youl Traveling with a pet is stressful enough and having someone help us get appropriate accommodtions was awesomel

Pet fee was a little steep, but I understand that.

We LOVED everything about this hotel. The customer service from the employees was exceptional. Everyone was so nice and kind and always went above and beyond if we needed anything. Breakfast was perfect, the room was perfect. We plan to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much for the great hospitality.

I since I’m moving out of state I was really tired and misplaced my carry on bag to the airport so I was worried about that where was it but I found it the next morning

Alarm clock went off at 6 am. Didn’t appreciate that. Was gold fish crackers on floor next to curtains.

Clean, comfortable, safe. Nice breakfast and hot drinks in the lobby. Staff was polite and professional. Enjoyed our stay, will stay again.

Front desk lady called my room and said "housekeeping" kinda abruptly. She made a couple of phone etiquette errors that she should improve. She called me in error.

The nice front desk lately that greeted us and 11pm with a smile even though it was late.

The lady that had an accent who checked us out accused us of not having enough money in our account because a card number that she was giving me was declined. I told her that I don’t have a MasterCard with the numbers she gave me and she insisted that I did and that I didn’t have enough money to pay so she was going to use the Visa card that we used for our deposit. She was going to call booking.com and clear things up but she didn’t and charged my card twice. Now I have to dispute the transaction.

Friendly staff Very clean: the room, the lobby, the parking lot Extremely comfortable beds and pillows All appliances and electeonics in the room worked properly: TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, air conditioner Clean bathroom, nice hot water and water pressure Everything was well maintained Overall we were extremely pleased!!!!!

The continental breakfast was really lacking

The location for the breakfast was fine.

The selection of cereal was very heavy on sugar. I would have appreciated more grown-up choices. I would have had oatmeal but I couldn't figure out how to prepare it. No hot water was available. That seemed a bit odd. I would hope there would be a hot breakfast available during non-Covid times, but I understand.
