The staff was friendly, and the room was cleaned almost always at different times which was a bit tricky. The pool was fun for the kids too.

There was an extremely noisy neighbor who was slamming doors and screaming at the top of his lungs to his partner. i would have appreciated staff to address this issue. Also there were women smoking in the pool area and listening to loud inappropriate music. i wouldn’t care if I was no there but I was there and so was someone else with kids. Again I would of appreciate they addressed this since the pool is right infront of check in but nothing happened other than is having to leave because the kids felt uncomfortable.

Good location for me. Nice room. Gentleman who checked me in was very helpful with ideas for sightseeing in San Francisco.

Parking on the end of building closest to my room was very limited. Only ice machine was on first floor. Washer and dryer looked like they might not even work. I went elsewhere for laundry.

Check in lady at night was lovely. Morning lady not so friendly. Nice comfy clean looking room. I thought it was wonderful until I woke up in morning itching and I think it has bedbugs! Freaked me out but I put cortisone lotion on immediately. Checked pillow and saw tiny speck of fresh blood and dust along bottom of headboard and bed skirt bedbug hideouts , bummer. I need to get the citronella spray for travel on pillows. Coffee with yogurt the next morning.

Spots that itched on my arm and neck hairline the next mornjng. I could hear TV in next room but it was low volume. Only powder creamer for coffee, no liquid creamer.

Location, price, clean rooms, friendly staff.

The only issue i had was that they kept trying to clean our room before 11 am. They knocked at the door at 9am everyday. I was trying to sleep in. Do not wake people up before they need to check out. I stayed for 4 nights. I was given the do not disturb sign one time. Then the cleaning people would take it after they cleaned my room every time. Yes I was told before i left about letting them know I do not want to be disturbed.

I just liked the feeling of being relaxed with my boyfriend. We enjoyed the time, wish we could have been able to stay for longer.

The one thing was just staff opening the door randomly after we would say "no thank you!" Or "come back later," even though we had the "lights out! Do not disturb," on the door handle. That's the only thing that did not appeal to us.

I love is the fact it is in a great location right off the 880 freeway and it is so quiet.The staff is amazing and very nice the rooms are a great size shower was a good size and bed were compatible.They have a laundry site available and it was so clean and had a machine to buy detergent incase you forget .The pool is a great size and has nice tables to sit at.i This was my third time staying there and when I visit Milpitas or San Jose I definitely staying there

There nothing I would need to complain about it is a very nice and clean hotel.

did not like the breakfast, it was very poor. so if you are looking for a clean and comfortable hotel, you can choose this one. but if you're looking for a hotel with a good breakfast, it's better to skip it.

Enjoyed the size of the bed, the overall location of the hotel, and the comfort of the room.

The square pillows. Weirdly enough I much prefer rectangle pillows. And no hot tub, but that's not as easily changed. Also the staff, while helpful, were a bit cold in attitude towards me and other tenants. The security deposit also was not mentioned before checking in.

I though I had signed up with price line to pay in payments...Staff acted as though I didn't know what I was doing.

Beds were comfortable & the reception staff was friendly. I liked sitting by the pool in the late afternoon. We attended a concert at Levi Stadium and this was a reasonably priced room with 2 queen beds. Microwave, desk, fridge in the room. Shower pressure was good.

The whole facility could use some minor repair/replacement. Cracked sink, loungers by the pool were needing replacement. A cigarette butt holder out near the back parking is needed.
