Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. Grounds were well kept.

Front desk was unfriendly. When I arrived to check in she did not even say HI. When I said HI she did not even reply. So I told her I had a reservation. I asked her a question which she didn't seem to want to be bothered to answer so I asked for her manager. The supervisor came and she was very nice and answered the question. I told her that I thought she needed to tell her front desk clerk that she should greet her guests with at least a "hello" and she did not. She apologized for that. If that front desk clerk was working for me she would be fired. She needs to learn some manners and how to smile in her job or get a job where she doesn't have to deal with customers.

very nice full breakfast! clean rooms, ice and vending machines were conveniently located. Plenty of outlets to charge phones, watches, etc.

The overcrowded and chaotic pool area. there were little seats open, one group blocked an entrance, alcohol, kids jumping in and out from every angle. There was hardly any room to swim. One couple displayed way too much PDA in the pool surrounded by children. You could smell weed. I went to the front desk to ask for 2 towels for my 2 kids, to which they replied that they don’t have any. It was very tacky and not what I expected of such a nice place. Management dropped the ball on this.

The breakfast was great. Staff very friendly.

I was wanting a larger tub. The pictures of BW show large tub with jets. Husband was looking forward to it.

The staff was extremely nice friendly accommodated to anything we needed very helpful the lady that checked us in was nice enough to upgrade us to queen beds instead of double bed and the breakfast they're continental breakfast was off the chain the area was as big as a restaurant you had every in any kind of breakfast food you wanted to choose from and it was very tasty and the rooms were very clean.

The pool was disappointing we tried to go get in it but it didn't look very clean from all the people that had been in it I guess the hot tub had a film of scum in it so it was disappointing but we DID GO to the pool LATE in the day, the neighborhood was not exactly the safest either but when you're traveling you have to get where you can, you just have to stay safe watch your surroundings. But all in all I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I would say about it. There were people dropping kids off to swim in the pool. It was very over crowded and there was 2 groups that were dropped that we watched the parents drop the kids off. One group was about 6-8 kids ages 12-14 yrs old. The other group was 3 girls 12-14. They were beefing with each other and cussing, screaming and hollering. My husband went in our room to call front desk around 630pm 9/3/23 and they hung up on him at least 4 times to let them know what was going on. When I say over crowded is an understatement. There was a guy there who seen and heard what was happening and he step in make one group leave the hot tub. The other group went following after we told them and asked them stop the cussing and hollering in front of our kids. It was a hit mess.

everything and everyone is great besides the cleaning of the room the tub is nasty i bring my own cleaning supplies from home to scrub everything down ,i dont even let my grandson get in the tub at home without cleaning it before he gets in it, but for me to take a sos pad there and scrub yalls tub and it goes from black to white then ya they havent cleaned it in a very long time . i wipe everything down when i get there from tub ,counters, toliet, bed, desk, chair, because it is not cleaned the way it should be cleaned .

The hotel is set up as a drive up motel with the rooms facing out to the parking area. Usually these type of rooms have very poor temperature control but this hotel had a great air conditioning system. The staff were very efficient and the breakfast provided was fresh and had a good variety. It is close to the beach front and Gulfport is nicer than many of the cities on the gulf

The chair in the room was little tread bare. The layout of the hotel is strange with the lobby entrance on the side of the building. It could use a sign directing you where the lobby is when you drive up.

Loved the location, room was clean, wonderful pool area.

I went to get my hot breakfast which is “served” from 6:00 am to 10:00 am I got there at 9:50 (I understand that’s late) All hot food being removed, I said can I please have some it’s not 10 yet - Woman puts food in back, comes out picks up her phone and holds it up says “it’s 9:54, I am closed” I said your not closed Best Western breakfast food is served till 10” She puts her phone down and walks away to clean I go to front desk, front desk staff walks to back sees food, says Nothing to breakfast server and goes call manager, Glenna Haution, then tells her I can have food from the back if I want it and to give me a business card. It’s not about the food it’s about the quality of service at beautiful Best Western with a great location.

The pool/hot tub area was very clean and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious every morning with lots to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was great as it was close to the beach and many restaurants. The staff was very friendly when we checked in!

We ran out of toilet paper and it did not get refilled after staff came in to clean the room so we had to go in search of more. There were a couple of nights that we didn't get enough towels for everyone in our room so we had to share.

I stayed in three hotels on my trip. This Best Western was by far my favorite stay. Two of my hotels offered free breakfast and the Best Western free breakfast exceeded my expectations. This was also the cheapest hotel I booked. I will be looking at Best Western properties for future stays when I travel.

There is only one thing I can mention that would be a negative for this hotel. That is if you leave the property, when you return you have to go past the hotel and make a U turn at the first intersection. Not a big deal it's just the only thing I can think of that wasn't perfect.
