I enjoyed the bed I slept in, but had to change my room due to the keys not working properly!! The hotel is adequate but it’s in need of a major renovation!!

The property was fine and great location, but as stated above, it is in need of a good cleaning (carpet, vending area, etc.)!!

We travel to Union every year for dirt bike racing. Always stay at this hotel. Going back next weekend and staying here again. The beds are extra comfortable.

The hot water didn't last more than the first 2 minutes of a shower. I need more pillows but that's my personal preference.

Location Good. Had a morning breakfast at the venue with others attending a wedding.

Nothing! It met all ouir expectations.

everything was clean inside and out. staff as very friendly. free breakfast had a good variety of things to eat

Not hotel related a little league team was there and they were very rowdy...parents didnt care what they did

the staff was amazing

they didn’t took the trash out after cleaning the room , they provide the towels and everything else but beds was not made at all

I pretty much liked the entire stay.

everything to be honest I’m in the USA since 2008 and I never ever had been in a hotel so clean like this one

I am assuming due to COVID 19 that's the reason breakfast was not available. Location was great. Price point was great considering it is really the only nice hotel in that area. Very clean and appeared to have some upgrades compared to the last time we stayed there. The room had a fridge and microwave which was a great plus.

The floor leading to the second floor was very dirty and could use a good scrubbing. The pillows are awful-therefore we bought our own.

The beds were not even a full size. This was a wheelchair accessible room but barely enough room for the wheelchair.
