the bed was comfortable and decent size room

didn't like shower floor in handicap room. was switched to regular king room. check in was at 3 but wasn't able to get into room until after 5. cleaning crew doesn't seem to have any sense of urgency. Arrived around 315 and they were sitting and eating which is why patrons had to wait to check into room. Was told pool was open but didn't look cleaned, and was later put out of order.

Very clean room. Very comfortable bed. Had a lot of different types of pillows so you could choose hard or soft. Had a microwave and small refrigerator in room. Clean smelling room. Person who checked me in was the friendliest person on the whole trip. Has a nice small indoor pool that did not have a high chlorine smell, which is great!

Had problems with the door key. Had to get it changed twice, but other then that, not bad. Did not use the breakfast bar, but it looked like it had a lot of stuff on it.

The staff was INCREDIBLE. So friendly and accommodating. When we got to our room, the AC was broken. We're two very hot natured people, and the hotel was relatively warm since it was cold out. The receptionist immediately got us another room which was great. Both rooms were spotless. We had everything we needed, and if you forgot something such as a Toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razors, etc... they will provide it for you.

There was nothing to not like. If I ever go back to stone mountain I will be staying here again.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was large. Everything was very clean. It was calm and quiet to get a good night sleep. Location is close to just about everything. Breakfast was a full breakfast and very good. Definitely worth the price.

convenient and the staff was very nice.

we had 4 of us staying the night and there was only 2 sets of towels. we had a late check in and I had to go back down stairs to get two more sets of towels. and there was only decaffeinated coffee in the room the next day. not a major issue but just over sights that I was not expected.

The cleanliness of the hotel

I had to call the front desk twice for more towels and toiletry. The breakfast bar could have a few more selections. The phone in my room didn't work at all

Service was great, room was comfortable, ac/heater was noisy.

Elevator panel was loose where you push the buttons. The pool was not clean, very bad look.

I liked that it was clean. but the air conditioner didn’t cool as much as I wanted it too.

Front desk staff for great! Room was quiet and nice and clean. We were there for only one night but it was perfect for us. Very close to Stone Mountain which was great.

Mainly wanted this hotel for the indoor pool, but it was just closed that day due to Covid. It had just recently reopened.

The people at the front desk were awesome! Very helpful with our Thanksgiving day questions. The comforter was amazing!

They were doing some renovations, and the room we had did need some too, but it was clean and comfy and smelled nice, so we were happy!
