spacious, good location

1) Since our purpose in traveling to this location 3 times each year is for exotic bird shows, we are very disappointed that you are no longer pet friendly. At times we need to bring tiny babies with us in bins to be hand fed by syringe in the night, and we will no longer be able to do this, so will likely not be able to stay with you 😢 2) There is no breakfast

Price,space,cleanliness, and location!

Unconcerned staff, rude and seemed to be disturbed and not wanting to be at work!

The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly but lacked knowledge.

The staff did not know how to use the software. They couldn't find my reservation. It took 40 min to check in!!

The building is bright and roomy and new looking.

There was literally fecal matter in the bath tub. The bath tub itself is flaking off its finish terribly. Room #419. There were two used coffee filters in the coffee pot. We weren't allowed into our room until close to 6 pm. The girl at the front desk was clearly exasperated and stressed and not handling it well.

Room was comfortable, hotel was clean and fresh appearance, breakfast offered good variety.

We couldn't get close caption on the TV

I liked that with it being a last minute trip and there were lots of things going on in Jackson during my arrival that I couldn't even find a hotel so I called my niece who's a travel agent and she was able to secure me a room. And I was able to extend it and extra day.

I didn't have any problems during my stay.

Nice hotel but needs more life and cleaner carpet, bathtub was not the cleanest. Has great potential. Need more

Desk clerk didnt seem thrilled to be there. Totally disappointed there wasnt breakfast available. I picked this place because it included breakfast in the rate and posted that it was available
