Spacious room, comfortable beds, fan in the bathroom, ample parking and close to highway, restaurants and stores. Staff was very friendly. Hotel lobby very clean and welcoming.

The restaurant was not open 24 hours as indicated on website. Website is now updated and no longer states hours of operation (only shows for cocktail lounge). Was told that restaurant was open until 9pm the night we arrived. When we went down at 8:45p it was already closed. Went for breakfast the next day to find a very limited menu and the soda pop was flat. There was also a very odd smell in the room that completely turned us off from wanting to eat. Ended up leaving without ordering.

Sign in person was great. Easy access to cart to carry luggage. Shower was great.

Didn't like animals bei g allowed. Had to change rooms because 1st fl room given requ i red luggage to be carried up steps to the room and our ages wete 69 and 80. Requested iron but it never came.

It was a great location. The staff was friendly. There was a mistake with my reservation and they were very accommodating. I loved that there was a 24 hr restaurant on site.

I believe they are going through some remodeling so not all of the vending and ice machines worked. I had to go down to the restaurant to get ice.

nothing really. I did notice that they appear to be in the middle of renovations outside and in, which could be a little off-putting to some. It didn’t interfere with the rooms or facilities though.

The location was great, the hotel is big, the room was nice and cleaned everyday, we had a very good time at our stay, also very good parking area. Highly recommend

The rooms were clean, and they came with a microwave and refrigerator, which both were clean. The sheets were clean. The housekeepers are awesome. The bathrooms were clean. The location is good, close to the airport and close to general shopping. The front desk staff were friendly.

The outside of the building looked pretty bad. Dirt and dead vines. Lots of the darkening curtains in the windows were discolored, torn up, and snatched down. It looks slummy on the outside and surprisingly clean and decent on the inside.

Property was very clean, staff was cooperative & friendly.

The tub needed more protection for falling and the pillows were too small & soft.

The location, staff , cleanliness of the rooms, and the breakfast was awesome
