One more gem of a hotel by Fiesta Americana / grupo Posadas, located in one of Mexico City's main transport hubs (in the periphery). The facilities are very modern, there is a great pool on the (covered) rooftop, a good gym. But most importantly, the bed is incredible. Along with the bed at Fiesta Americana Viaducto, possibly the best I have ever slept in. Rooms are spacious and sleek, business friendly with lots of electric and USB connections. Service is top-notch, all members of teams from security guards to bellboys and receptionists obviously love their jobs. The nearby mall has some decent food options, whilst the hotel itself serves a good breakfast. Last but not least, prices are really below directly comparable options.

Very little worth noting. For the chef: just go easy on the salt. The nearby neighbourhood is dangerous, so do not walk outside at night and always be careful. But as long as you take an uber and wait inside the mall or the hotel, you're fine. The perimeter of the property is super safe.

The hotel is, generally, very good. facilities, confort, modern

Food could have been better. the fact that the hotel is located within a mall might justify the lack of investment on it, but especially (for Breakfast) the pastry isn't that great.

Nice room, comfy bed, incredible breakfast

we couldn’t change the temperature in the room and woke up at 3am because the room was so warm. we had to call the reception twice, then they sent someone. Communication was alltogether not ideal.

As we are from a glass company, the glass on the pool needs maintenance.

The location was great. There is a mall just by the hotel. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Its easy to move around walking. No need for a car.

On the reservation it said breakfast was included and they wanted to charge us. But the manager came in and fixed the problem.

It's what you pay for. More expensive, better service, better facilities.

Upon arrival you have to figure out by yourself how to get to the hotel. There was no one to help with suitcases when you get out of the taxi.

I loved my stay here. Everything was really great and comfortable. There is an amazing mall under the hotel, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
