Clean, quiet and comfortable. I was given early check-in which was much appreciated. Staff were friendly. WiFi was strong.

Organising the shuttle on arrival can be awkward. Having to give an exact time / pre-book is not convenient when timings are uncertain (collecting baggage or arriving by car / bus instead of plane for instance). I was asked to confirm likely timing on the morning of arrival. I did so over the course of several hours but three emails went unanswered and by the time they were picked up I had already had to get a taxi from the airport. However, the shuttle on departure worked great. Easy to organise and staff / driver were great. Milk (rather than whitener) would elevate the in-room tea / coffee experience.

Classic Accor property. It was great. Location was away from main Geneva but the wall-to-wall train station took you there in 9 mins. Entrance is grand. Reception staff was very helpful. Breakfast was grand but less attention towards allergies or strict vegetarians like me. A bit language barrier with the servers I suppose but they were hospitable for sure. Room and bathroom were spacious. Far away view from my window was of the Switzerland we think of in our minds… mountains and greenery… overall good and would come again if in this area.

Cleanliness in the room and bathroom. My bed was made everyday. In 4 nights stay with 2 separate bookings so 2 check-ins my room and bathroom was not cleaned daily even if asked. On first day bathing soap was nearly empty. There were a few insects in the bathroom. They were not picked even after they died for all my stay. I was only told they were not cleaning everyday for environment reasons. I think they should really amp up their game in housekeeping services. Rest everything is fantastic.

The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful. The location is very close from a train station that will take you to Geneva Cornavin in two stops. The hotel also provided guests with free airport shuttle and free tickets for public transportation during guests' stay.

In the weekend, the breakfast menu only consists of "light" breakfast such as bread, cereals, scrambled egg, and sausage. This is ok, but it will be great if it's a full menu. Also, it will be great if the hotel provide guests with comb as one of the amenities.

Modern hotel with large rooms. We had a lovely room on top floor looking towards the mountains. Access to Geneva city is easy, via train stop behind hotel - 2 minute walk. Wonderful friendly staff, and free airport shuttle.

The breakfast price is high for two people, and converting to NZD was very very expensive but there is an option of a coffee and croissant for $10 chf per person. The area the building located is quite away from shops but there is a hotel restaurant/bar and Geneva 10 mins by train.

The man who worked at the from the desk (I believe his name was Rami) did an excellent job. He remembered my name from a visit there a couple weeks prior. When I had no dinner options and no phone service he went above and beyond to make recommendations and then order a meal for me and my wife. He is an exceptional employee and made all the difference in our stay. I also liked that it was right at a train stop, though this was not advertised at all. That would have been helpful to know.

Mix up with the shuttle service from the airport. I had made arrangements via email but no one showed up. I paid 30 chf for a taxi to the hotel. Also, the location is not that close to the hotel and is in a more industrial / business area with limited dining options.

Airport location with free, new, clean airport shuttle. Large room with hardwood floors, seating area, lots of room for luggage, large windows with mountain views. Very nice, new business hotel. Free local transportation card. A regional train station is located a few steps behind the hotel and historic Geneva is 8 minutes away. Helpful front desk staff.

No mini-fridge or safe in the room. Note that hotel is in a business park, and the hotel restaurant is the only food option. We ate downtown, so this was not a problem.

The facilities were very clean. I love their commitment to the environment in not having the rooms cleaned daily, it is such a waste of resources to be honest. Having the room cleaned every 3 or so days is good enough, whatever extras you need you can just always ask. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The gym opens at about 9 am... which isn't convenient for early risers like me. They also asked for a security deposit of about 50 swiss Franc per night even though I fully paid for my room before arrival. I thought that was an inconvenience to only be told about it upon check-in.

I loved the location of the hotel and the easy access to trains just a two minute walk away. The staff helped us get travel passes for local transport. From this hotel we travelled on the train to connect to trains going to Zurich. From there were travelled as far as Lake Thun. The staff were superb particularly the ones on the front desk. The restaurant staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast was good and dinner was amazing!

I didn't like the fact I couldn't stay longer. It was a quick getaway trip for mine and my husband's anniversary. I'll make it a longer stay on my next trip.

Very clean and quiet, bed was very comfortable and shower facilities very good. Hotel was ideally located for access to the city , next to train station (9 min ride to city centre) and very close to airport. Staff very very accommodating and courteous. Hotel looked very new and well maintained. Free courtesy but to & from airport, but did not operate for first wave out of GVA (0600hrs). Hotel also communicated well POs booking and prior to arrival. Was permitted to check in early as room was ready.

Limited meal choices and tea/coffee facility in room was a bit sparse, 4 teabags all different flavours and 3 coffee sachets ( 2 decaf) a bit limited for a couple.

Close to airport but in the quiet area. New hotel, very organised, free shuttle to the airport, free public transportation to the city centre that is only 8min away by train. Room is spacious. Shampoo is fantastic. Dental kit is nice detail.

Towels needs to be larger. This is not a minus, just a suggestion because those are very small even for a woman not so large like me. Reservation of a money on your credit card in advance as a guarantee for possible damage of the room is a bad policy because procedure to take you money back is just annoying. Giving you a credit card details should be guarantee enough.
