Nice personnel. Hotel entry just at tram stop. Space.

Cleaning during breakfasts- horrible crowd and no cleaning service. All dirty dishes at tables. It happened at one of my 3 days. Cleaning of corridors around rooms left a lot of litters. Open rooms not cleaned after last customers for 24 hours. You are exposed to all the demolition all over the day. It is visible there is no enough staff.

The breakfast timing for weekends should start early like week days,also add more choice of juices.

The breakfast timing should start earlier like week days and there should me a discount for the taxi to the airport from the hotel by the hotel.

- Staff are very nice and helpful. - Clean and nice rooms.

- Parking is not free for hotel guests. - A technician was not available to fix a TV problem because it was a Sunday.

The staff were nice the helpful. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was also good. Service were very good. The Hotel location is good and in a quite area. Gem is available and open for 24 hrs

The breakfast variety can be improved. and the room size was small.

It would have been great to have a window in the room. Car parking at the hotel was quite expensive (1.5 CHF / Hr).

Clean and quick check in

Very poor AC and extremely expensive parking. It's outside Zurich, but good for tourists with a car to explore around.

Staff at the counter, specifically the 3 young men were very friendly and always quick to help with whatever issues we faced during our stay. It's a nice clean hotel, great view of mountains, parking is easy and short drive to Zürich, a few fast food places nearby also.
