Beautiful Facility with less crowd and away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya night life.

Staff at reception was very rude.She was not cooperating while i asked can we check in a bit early as i was traveling with child and senior citizens and reached pattaya early.She kept us waiting exactly till 2:10 PM to check-In..we were so tired and almost sleeping at the Sofa. I wish i had the option to cancel my booking and book any other property due to her rude behavior during check-in.

rooms are specious and clean. comfy bed, nice clean toilet with both bath facilities…shower enclosure and bath tab. breakfast average. 7 eleven just opposite to hotel. clean swimming pool but I did not use it, so can’t comment on water warm!

Location is not very convenient. NO HALAL FOOD for Muslim guests. since we paid for breakfast took only fruits and bread n butter plus coffee. there should have been at least TWO HALAL ITEMS in a four star hotel!

Everything was very good! Hotel seems rather modern and new. Room is good sized, bathroom has both shower and tub; very good water pressure and hot water. Comfortable bed. The swimming pool is super nice surrounded by nice plants and trees and open till 10pm. Gym is good. Staff very kind and available for any help. Location is in a quiet area and in 10-15 mins walk you are at sea and shopping area; 7/11 is just outside hotel. Airco is good. They offered us a welcoming drink at their restaurant upon arrival which was pleasant. We really would like to go back and suggest this hotel for staying in Pattaya!

The room was generally clean but there was some level of dust only under the bed.

Staff were great and facilities were very good. The service staff at the pool area were lovely and took great care of us every day. Always smiling and with a great friendly demeanour. The rooms are really great and spacious. Also, the bathroom, with eth Japanese style toilet was a really nice touch.

A lot of noise at the pool. Rude and noisy guests at the poolside. Also, many times playing their own music, this along with the hotel music made it unbearable at the poolside. These people should be asked by the management not to play their own music at such volume and to behave like adults. I know it is hard for the female staff to approach these kinds of people. Also, I would suggest that staff do regular walkarounds at the poolside to check for used plates, empty drinks and towels that have been left on loungers from guests that have gone. There was often a build up of this kind of thing,

Breakfast chef very obliging, making crispy bacon and soft boiled egg. Washing machine in room is very convenient. Cleaner always did a good job cleaning the room.

Would have liked oatmeal/porridge to be available at breakfast. I made my own and took down to breakfast with me. Ladies toilet at the swimming pool is very small and the bin too large, making it difficult to move. Also was not unusual for the toilet paper to run out in the afternoon, so needs checking more often.

The room was really good, especially the most comfortable bed I think I’ve slept in, (I did request for the mattress to be soft, because all the other hotels I’d stopped in the beds were very hard, so don’t know if there’s were so good as a standard or because I requested it). I loved the en-suite with the best shower I’ve used in I can’t remember, plus one of those really cool toilets with the adjustable fountains, not forgetting a quality bath, but didn’t actually use it. So the room was excellent with the addition features of having the kitchen area which included a washing machine, microwave, fridge, sink, a small hob stove, plus we had a pool view.

To be honest nothing really, the only minor point possibly not enough sun lounger’s around the pool, as it was a great facility.

Friendly staff - accommodated all requests. 7 Eleven directly across from hotel. Food in restaurant was very good and priced very well. Cheap massage available up to 10pm in lobby. Parking available. Bed and Pilows were amazing. Soi is not too busy. Would definitely stay again!

No kitchen items were supplied until requested. Cleaning room times were inconsistent. Had to request cleaners to clean bath. Gym is very small and not equipped for proper workout. TV had very low resolution. Some power sockets not working.

Great location, just that far away from the main popular area that it is a bit quieter. Great friendly staff, very attentive to any issues.

Was staying on level 2, close to pool. Only thing I could maybe complain about was another guest who would sit by the pool all day playing middle eastern music of which I thought was quite loud all day... Not everybody's taste in music and loud enough to drown out my own music in my room. Have stayed before but on upper floors

The hotel is well maintained, very clean and rooms are spacious. Lobby and reception area is nice. Large bathroom with tub, shower and toiletries. The swimming pool is excellent with a nice balcony facing the pool. 7-11 grocery exactly opposite the hotel.

Lunch dishes during breakfast service are more. Real breakfast dishes are very few. The walk to the main songtaew route is 10 minutes away if you walk fast. If you have a car or will call a cab, this is not a worry for you.

I have stayed numerous times here and the quality is always fantastic. The room is spacious with a very comfortable bed, fast WIFI and all the facilities you need including washing machine and bath. The hotel is very cosy and comfortable with a nice pool, little gym and very friendly and accomodating staff. The food was fine and its just a great place to relax and get away from the world.

The location is a little inconvenient and the road is quite busy to walk on to get to the main road, meaning you have to dodge cars and motorbikes a bit, but honestly not much to complain about. I always want to stay at this hotel when I come back.
