I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Elite World Istanbul Florya and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff were exceptional, particularly Tolga, Anil, and Koray at the front desk, who were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated, making our stay cozy and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, especially the swimming pool. I was travelling with my mum and the staff were incredibly supportive and attentive to her needs. Their kindness and care made our stay not just enjoyable, but truly special. Thank you!

I am enjoying my stay at elite world business and I must say that the service provided by the waiters Eren and Efe is amazing. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, they greeted me with warmth and hospitality, making me feel welcomed and right at home. Throughout my stay, Eren and Efe went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and no request was too big or too small for them. They constantly checked up on my well-being and provided me with any necessary assistance. They even went as far as to make special arrangements and brought me suhoor meals in my room. Their attention to detail and exceptional service truly made my stay at the hotel unforgettable. Eren and Efe were not just hotel waiters, but they were also ambassadors of Turkish hospitality. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and excellent service. If you are looking for a hotel with exceptional service, I highly recommend staying at this hotel and experiencing the amazing service provided by Eren and Efe. You will not be disappointed!

The hotel was good and the service up until check out, was also good. The staff who was there the first and second day were so friendly!

Unfortunately, during check out they told me I used 2 items from the minibar, while I didn’t use anything. This made me feel like they tried to scam me. So please, if you go to this hotel, make a picture of your minibar with one of them beside you and write the name who checked it. Also they asked me what rate I would give them on booking.com. I told them between 8 or 9. The receptionist told me I have to give a 10 (and no, this was not a joke). He was really pushing it in an uncomfortable way.

Excellent array of choices for breakfast. Great staff in particular Kagan at the front desk.

I chose this hotel for its Spa facilities. In fact, hotel guests can use dry and wet sauna, Turkish hammam, and pool for free. I paid for massage but it was great as a Thai professional was there. The reception manager gave me a good room at the highest floor, for which I was grateful. Breakfast buffet was big and diverse with one cook making fresh omelette in front of you.

The fact that it is located exactly beside the E5 highway makes this hotel vulnerable to the outside noise and cold. I was surprised to see that the windows insulation was weak enough to let the highway noise and also cold wind get in. There was also an issue with the ventilation system as the smell of cooking was penetrating into the room during lunch and dinner time.

To be honest the hotel was too old and dirty ,,, carpet and towel and bed shit and toilet and bathroom and as too old and dirty and damage I didn’t like at all I was not comfortable with all this thing as a 5 star hotel ,,, only the thing I can give good rate to this hotel is location and staff ,, all staff in the hotel is as good ,kind, respectful and Want to to say thank to all staff more Mr anil ,, Mr Ferhad,, Mr Rezvan , Mr Oskan and all of the hotel staff I don’t know exactly them name

Hotel was too old ,, dirty ,, material in the room was too old ,, damage and not comfortable as a 5 star hotel I don’t suggestion this hotel for every one go for holiday and rest

Our stay of 8 nights in this hotel was amazing in almost all aspects. The hotel is placed in an interesting location a but further from some of the busier neighborhoods, but still accessible via public transportation stations within 4-5 minutes of walking and also the coast, restaurants, and nice night areas all in a walkable distance. Starting from the manager and the service people, they are very attentive, professional, and caring. We had many requests during out stay in different forms and they made sure to address all of them in the best way possible. We requested a room change, many specific room cleaning requests, extra amenities, and not a single time the hotel staff was unprofessional about them. The rooms were pretty nice. We stayed in the top floor in a room with a balcony and the views were decent of the city and a bit of the coastal line. I don’t believe you would get a good view in a lower floor though so be aware. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and there was a decent amount of space in the room. Starting our days, the breakfast hours were great. They were service breakfast until 10:30 AM during weekdays and 11:00 AM during weekends. The options were amazing and they were rotating on a daily basis too. the servers were professional and would offer to take your drinks and food items to your table if you knew what you wanted and didn’t feel like going at it yourself. We noticed the staff speaking in at least 4 different languages with the guests which was great to see! At the lobby floor, the cafe was pretty great. We had turkish coffee and ice cream there. They also do have a bar and restaurant that we did not try since we were out most of the day. The lobby was a nice play to wait for a taxi. The front desk was rarely crowded and we never waited more than a couple minutes to talk to the front desk. Similarly, the phone calls from the room were answered pretty quickly. So again, very attentive staff.
