Clean and cozy Hotel, Great Location and I love the cheerful staff and manager. Helpful but not tooo friendly. Perfect. ☺️ I just hope we got early checkin for free as we are 2 Family staying 6days and 1 more staying 4days. ☺️

I think AC needs cleaning? its a smoke free bldg and im allergic to smoke/dust. or maybe Im just too sensitive. Hotel fragrance can be improved.. Its clean, its cozy, with super friendly staff, just add a little more fragrance and it will add a great impact. Breakfast can be improved. Even just a simple adding variety to daily sausage or change in daily soup. Bidet or water Spray in Toilet will be a great addition too!

Parking is a problem.

-The hotel is very close to the famous restaurants/ the coffee shops/ the pharmacies/ the SAS market (where you can exchange your money) -A shuttle bus can be taken from the airport and will drop you in front of the hotel -Same shuttle bus can drop you from the hotel to the airport -Our room was on the 10th floor with a city view -Wifi was good (sometimes, it was disconnecting) -Hairdryer is available in the room -Many attractions are near by the hotel (Vernissage market/Cascade/Genocide memorial/ republic square) -Complimentary two bottles of water/coffee and tea available everyday in the room -Slippers not available in the room (but upon request) -Excellent customer service (staffs can communicate in English)

The location is very good because there is a many restaurant and supermarkets and also a very beautiful park is front of the hotel. Going to The republic square is very easy by walking. This hotel has many responsibility staffs, and they solve all problems, if you need their help.

Location is great, everything is near - also there is a supermarket near the hotel, you can always buy fresh fruits and wine :) Hotel is very clean. You get a new bottle of water each day. Staff is extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast is fine for the 3* hotel.

The rooms are small, which is fine per se - however, there is no wardrope and in case you are travelling with a briefcase, it will have to lie on the floor for entire stay.

- double bed was requested when I made my booking, but I got the room with twin beds. I asked to change a room (twice, different personnel) when it’s become available but they didn’t offer me anything Therefore I didn’t fully enjoyed staying in the hotel. If it’s indicated when you make a booking that only twin rooms are available and not double, I would not book it and chose smth else

Everything worked as intended, which is pretty rare in my experience with hotels. Totally up to standards. Helpful staff. Clean rooms Great location. Fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast is somewhat simple, but no cheap at all, with high quality products, perfect for a short-term business traveller, and if you plan to stay for longer, well, still ok.

Very limited choice of TV channels, though not really a problem with the great Wi-Fi.

Amazing staff, perfect location, good value! Nice, clean and neat rooms! Convenient socket locations, tea set and armchair! Nice and miscellaneous breakfast included! I love the smart simplicity of this hotel. More to it: it is close to Cascade and cozy streets, lots of banks, shops and restaurants around, and the airport bus shuttle stops are in 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff was really kind, and got us the room we asked for: higher floors and boulevard view. I am very thankful. Love that view, love the service!

True to its name, this hotel offered rapid check in and the staff provided me with amenities such as slippers and a tooth brush upon check in despite the fact that I had booked very late and arrived less than an hour later. The hotel is also well located in the heart of Yerevan, with a nice contemporary yet comfortable interior decore and more.

the coffee machine at breakfast was perhaps not the best I've ever tried but still drinkable. The waffles were also a little stiff, but lets be honest, those are nitpicks. Nothing serious to complain about. so there.
