Very well located beachfront hotel. Definitely one of the best hotels in the region. Extremely pleasant, polite and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Decent breakfast selection. We only dined once in the evening at the hotel's restaurant. Food was excellent quality but portions size could have been more generous.

Single use plastic bottles for shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel are environmentally unfriendly and they should look to change this to larger refillable dispensers in the bathroom. Sun loungers on the beach have seen better days and are now in need of replacement.

Very clean, with an excellent room which inc large terrace, jacuzzi bath and large bed. The beach area and pool area are really good and the hotel includes a large car park. The cleaners, reception, the porters and breakfast staff were excellent and assisted at all opportunities.

The lack of a lift or ramp to get into the reception area is disappointing, especially as we had a 5 month old baby in pram. Additionally the pool and beach sun bed cushions are in desperate need of replacing. The restaurant, pool bar and beach bar staff were slow and difficult to get their attention.

The location is perfect, with a private beach and an excellent outdoor pool (and also a young children’s pool). The spa is lovely too, with a stylish indoor pool area. The food is very good and the outdoor terrace by the beach is wonderful. You get to see amazing sunsets every evening - and beautiful moon sets too. Friendly and very good service throughout.

Sauna should be free for residents.

I was given an upgrade which was very nice. Breakfast is very rich, staff is polite and takes care of everything. Very safe place, fantastic garden, good beach. I have been to the restaurant two times and both times the food was well prepared and staff was very helpful.

I can recommend to put one or two coffee machines at the breakfast room, so that you can prepare fresh cappuccino or expresso for yourself. It would be good to have bottled water available at the breakfast

Stayed for a weekend getaway birthday trip. Sea view room. Everything was perfect. Very friendly staff, restaurant food was exceptional. Indoor pool and Sauna very relaxing. Beach location was fantastic. Even the hotel security patrol gentleman at the beach helped us with our parasol. Weather was perfect too! Hotel welcomed us with surprise birthday decoration in the room with cake and flowers. Airport-hotel-airport taxi transfer was very smooth. Very happy!

The staff were excellent, great attention to detail and provided anything you need. The beach and pool facilities were fantastic, neither were overcrowded like other hotels and the pool is large enough for everyone. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a huge choice of traditional and not so traditional pieces with cereal, pancakes, fruit, fresh cooked eggs, pastries, cakes, tea coffee and juice. Hotel was super clean, and very beautiful. Hotel provided private transportation on request. Truly excellent experience, thanks to all the staff

It was right on the beach with a private pool area at the rear. Free easy parking in a level and spacious car park unlike other hotels in Albania. We had a lovely room with a view overlooking the beach and the sunset was quite spectacular. Staff went the extra mile and let us stay a couple of hours so we could catch the afternoon ferry.

The breakfast could have been better (soft fruit was not ripe) but we had a lovely lunch on the terrace overlooking the Adriatic.

The sand is very nice, the reception staff was always polite, helpful and customer oriented. The hotel is very nicely furnished, elegant and has very good facilities including spa. The swimming pool is big and clean. There are a lot of employees always ready to help, they are friendly and speak English. The food is well cooked although there isn t a great variety of dishes but what they have is very good and well served.

Tourists can reserve sunbeds early in the morning and then they go and sometimes nobody comes back so some sunbeds are never available even if they are not used

The friendly staff informed the restaurant of our late arrival. The food was amazing and the proposed local white wine was a plus. Great breakfast, local food, fresh squeezed orange juice, fruit plates served with smily and eager to serve personnel. Available charger for EV cars.

The hotel is one of the oldest in the area, and although well maintained the AC could work better.

The room had a beautiful view and a great location to walk around and sightsee. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything during my stay. The availability for tours was also an added bonus. Our tour guide was friendly, he was able to share a bit of local history with us and even took some beautiful group photos.
