The location is excellent, right on the beach with a good view. The brothers who own the building are very friendly and helpful. The apartment was nicely decorated with restful colors. The beach is not crowded in January and the weather was pleasant. Good restaurants in both directions on the beach and on the street. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The kitchen is adequate for cooking, although we didn't need to do much because of the inexpensive restaurants and cafes. There are grocery stores close by also.

Be prepared in January for cool temperatures outside and inside the building.

Beautiful location, literally 10 meters away from the beach. Spacious clean and modern apartments with excellent kitchen equipment which gave us the opportunity to buy local products and cook it ourselves. The owners, two very friendly and formal brothers, were asking us every day if we needed help or anything regarding the apartment. They were excellent hosts! 🙏❤️ Since we were close to the beach we needed some vacuum cleaning of the apartment every now and then, which the owners made sure happened the very next day! There was also a parking lot for us. I highly recommend this place to anyone with a family or a group of friends!

Great staff, the host was really nice when we met and made us a tour of the apartment. The view is exceptional like it is shown in the pictures, overall clean but a bit dissapointed about the lack of things in the kitchen. Even though it has everything you need to make yourself at least breakfast, it has no salt, no oil, no tissues, nothing consumable which might be just fair but I haven't seen this before in any location I've ever been. The host is always there and you can easily communicate with him all the time, we asked for a heater as we visited off season and the apartment was incredibly cold, but that was solved quickly. Other than this, comfortable bed, fast hot water in the shower, very close to the beach, non stop market near by.

Wifi connection was really bad, the huge Smart Tv in the living room was useless as not even YouTube would work on it cause of the bad signal, as I stated before, the kitchen things could use a touch up, at least tissues or kitchen roll. Some extra toilet paper as well as we had to buy some more after 1 day of use in 2 people, it was less than half of roll. Slippers would come really handy as the floor is really cold.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Incredible view, very good size, lovely bathroom and an amazing view of the ocean with a balcony to enjoy sitting outside with a direct view to the sea. The property is also just a few minutes walk from the beach. The staff was always helpful and polite and there was someone at the front desk for security.

The only thing was that we tracked a lot of the beach sand into the apartment which perhaps could have done with a daily vaccume or floor cleaning but for the duration of our stay was still good. Perhaps some olive oil, salt and pepper in the apartment would also be helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment in Albania, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Orlando and his brother were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, flexible with our schedule, and always available to assist with anything we needed. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The attention to detail in the apartment made it feel like a home away from home. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality provided by Orlando and his brother. Their genuine kindness and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay truly memorable. They were always just a phone call away, ready to provide recommendations, help with arrangements, or simply check in to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Albania. With such wonderful hosts and a fantastic place to stay, you can’t go wrong. The location on the promenade by the beach was great (also ATM and grocery store round the corner). The host was very welcoming and happy to help with anything. The view was the best, we very much enjoyed it, however, cannot imagine how noisy it must be in season as the places around are quite noisy (there is one just exactly below the apartment that now wasnt open yet). Bed was comfy and clean. Recommend visit in Abaia winery, absolutely the best food we had overall.

The cleaning was not too good, the windows were very dirty. No bin in the bathroom. After using the shower, water was all over the bathroom. You can hear all neighbours pretty well in the bedroom. The apartment sadly doesnt have a soul, no pictures on the wall, no table by the sofa, no wine glasses, its just very basic. The beach is not clean.

Orlando and his brother are the owners and they are clearly passionate about providing a comfortable experience for their guests. They were super responsive and got me anything I needed, whenever I needed it. The rooms are tidy and the location of the hotel is perfect: you're in the peaceful part of the beach, away from the city center of Durres. The best part is the view: My room had a balcony and a view of the sea to greet me everyone morning. (I think all the rooms in the hotel have a sea view). I will definitely stay here again.

There is not anything I could think of that I didn't like. The Wave Beachfront was what I wanted - a clean, quiet hotel with a lovely view.

It was really a nice stay, the apartment is perfectly located, easy to find. The interior is perfect and if you need anything, the two brothers will take the time to help you as best they can. they listen and give good advice. It really was a wonderful week thanks to them! You can book without any fear! Perfect stay for a relaxing vacation, the sea is 50 meters in front of us, and the restaurants line the beach.

Amazing place right on the beach. Run by two very friendly young brothers that will help you with anything, Just ask! Beds where extremly comfortable. The view is great. You could watch Netflix on the TV in your room etc. Very very satisfied with my stay and I will be booking here next time. There is also a resturant on the first floor facing the sea with decent food. Highly recomended. (I stayed at a sea front suit).

It was all good. Do not worry about booking this place. Traveled the world and been to Durres before. This was good value.
