Rooms were exceptional. Very modern with great facilities. Pool was lovely, few marks on the cushions but the hotel supplied towels and the beach access was very convenient.

Wish we had been aware that the hotel is ground floor of an apartment building - this is not clear in the advertisement. The hotel property was much smaller than anticipated. The surrounding area is mainly hotels and a few small supermarket hotel. Not much to do apart from visit the beach and sit by the pool.

The best boutique hotel we have ever stayed in. The host/owner Endri cannot do enough for you, he's attentive, helpful, knowledgable and more so just a warm genuine man. Even without this "service" from him this place is 5 star without question. Its location is right onto the beach with a private section. The restaurant and its seating area is next to the beach too. The food and drink are of a high quality too. The rooms come with breakfast which is made to order every morning. From freshly made donuts to omelette there will be something to suit. The pool area is clean and tidy and situated facing the sea foo. All of which is perfect. But to top it all off is the rooms... we had a super king size bed, a walk in shower room and a 2 person jacuzzi in the room! And a view of the sea and pool. It's the smartest room we've ever had. We are here for a week but wish it was longer and will be back that is for sure. I wish I could give it 6 starts. This place is amazing, I can't find a flaw and Endri should be proud of what he's providing the tourism industry in Albania.

The owner was really nice and helpful with everything, he parked the car and helped with my bags inside, the staff was nice as well. I really enjoyed my stay here, luxurious room with pool view, comfortable bed and a jacuzzi inside, the shower was good. The hotel is family friendly, so if you are looking to stay in a calmer place this is not it, but if you don't mind the kids playing by the pool at day time I recommend you stay here. The food was amazing and they make really good cocktails ☺️

As I was trying to figure out where the hotel was, I asked a man by the gate if it was the correct hotel, and he was eagerly asking for 5 euros for parking. Do not pay as that is not even the parking of the hotel (the owner moved the car for me in a different parking lot).

From the point of arrival and checking in, the staff made it seamless. Endri who runs the place kept in touch with us till we arrived which was very late at about 10pm. The rooms were not only clean but more beautiful than they were in pictures. Waking up every morning with a pool and sea view was like a dream, peace and tranquility is just the right word. While we were there, we were already on video call with friends showing them the awesomeness of the hotel. I must not forget to add that the Chef at their restaurant had gifted hands, his meals were delicious. I don’t usually rate hotels but this was an exception and I just had to. This hotel was one of our major highlights in Albania. The beds were comfortable, room spacious, state of the art design and facilities. We were already booking ahead for our next visit before end of winter. Thank you so much for having us

We took a chance and decided to book comfort suites for our family holiday, and it was the best thing we did! Everything about comfort suites is up to such a high standard, from the delicious food (sea food to be precise was unreal), to the customer service. Every single encounter we had with a member of staff was extremely pleasant. They were very friendly and helpful and you could tell they took pride in their work. The management team are incredible. It is rare to see management so involved with customer satisfaction, to think that they have only just started you can tell that they will have an extremely successful future ahead of them.

The small hotel is perfect located, the rooms are big and clean. The staff and owner are incredible nice. The dinner at the hotel was amazing. A small supermarket is just around the corner, which was a huge plus for us too.

You can see from the bed into the shower and the door to the bathroom doesn’t close properly. It wasn’t that big of a deal as one of us just went outside on the balcony if the other one had to use the bathroom, But I think it’s something you should know before your book this hotel. The breakfast is à la carte, but you can only choose from the same three things, which gets a bit boring after a few days.

This hotel is perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday! We went here for 6 nights just to relax in the sun with a pool and close to the beach and it’s exactly what we got. Every day the cleaners would come in and clean the room and put fresh towels and fresh drinks in the mini fridge which I have never had in a hotel. In the evening time it was peaceful, there was the music from bars but could barely hear it inside the room and it didn’t go on too late, adding to that, we heard no one from other rooms or in the corridors, best sleep I’ve had in such a long time. The staff were really really nice, the manager/owner has his family and friends working and the hotel and it’s very new. There’s a lady on the corner who is not associated with the hotel but she serves crepes and they were so nice to have in the evening. The location was great for us as we weren’t looking to do much, however if you’re looking to go out on tours etc you will need to get transportation as there isn’t busses here, however we got a taxi if we went out and it’s cheap.

More of a breakfast variety

The owner was great, welcoming and very helpful, his mum's home made pancakes and jam were to die for. The room was big, clean and modern. The beach is right on the doorstep. The short beachfront area, apart from all the new hotels being built, is very nicely done up and great for walks in the evenings.

As the place is brand new and has just started operating, there were quite a few teething issues such as poor wifi, non working tv, room not cleaned everyday. Restaurant lacked menus and not much variety for breakfast. The pool was not filled as it was just beginning of the season, but booking.com displayed it as 'pool open' when booking. The beach was all dug up and not very accessible. Not many decent places to eat in this little town, unless you are a big fan of pizza.
