Clean, comfortable and great location to visit local attractions. Beautiful pool with easy access to beach. A particular mention for Ioanna who was so helpful and welcoming. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the property is set up nicely with a pool and separate large room for breakfast. There are lounge chairs set up right on the water which is a very short walk as the beach front is part of the property.

Our shower head was broken so we had to use the separate sprayer to shower. Not a big deal. The only complaint I have which is partially my fault is shortly after checking in and paying, I realized we had paid for 3 nights. I checked booking and yes I did choose 3 night stay. I asked if we could be refunded the last night. They said no being they have a no refund policy. It was definitely my error but I would have appreciated the understanding of my mishap. So we paid 3 nights but stayed 2.

I recently stayed at Vila Kalcuni and had a fantastic experience! The hotel is ideally located, offering stunning views of the sea and easy access to the beach. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and elegantly decorated, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome, always providing friendly and helpful service. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, featuring a variety of local and international options. Vila Kalcuni truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Family run business. The pool is exceptional and the staff kept the pool area very clean and the water was clean. The beach access was very nice too with plenty of chairs. The lobby could use some attention but the rooms were clean (we had an an ocean view room) with a nice size bathroom. There is also a bar at the pool and the staff was attentive. There is also water jugs in the hallway for customer use. Private taxi service is also a perk.

The breakfast could be kept up better throughout the morning. All of the eggs and sausage was cold but overall it had a nice spread of options.

The location was perfect, right next to the ferry port and a 10minute walk from the main strip. Also had lots of restaurants/bars around and a supermarket next door. The beach and pool were lovely with plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast was very convenient. The hotel were able to arrange us taxis and the drivers were so lovely and gave us great recommendations. Amazing service from all the staff here!

The shower head was a bit broken but if we had told reception I’m sure they would have tried to fix it for us.

We had a beautiful and very large suite, which was exceptionally clean. Breakfast options were also really nice and lots of choice. Staff were friendly too. It was also 5 min away from the port which was very convenient. No restaurant at the hotel but there are many good value for money and good quality restaurants in the area. The staff also helped us with recommendations of where to rent a car which was really helpful. Lastly, I loved how the hotel has its own beach, would definitely recommend.

Excellent location right in front of the beach! Amazing views from the bedroom.

The family room does not have beach views even though it’s advertised as having one! However the staff were accommodating and they gave us a different room with double bed and sea views but then the kids had to stay in a separate room which was not ideal. The directions to the property could be made better as it is not well sign posted - Google maps was asking us to drive down the steps! Breakfast was a bit limited!

The location of this hotel is fantastic. We were able to sit around the pool and just wander back and forth to the beach, which is very busy in August. We had a family bedroom for 4 which worked well for our family as the boys had a separate room instead of us all being in the same room and the balcony had a lovely view of Corfu. The hotel and pool area are very clean and the off street parking was great as Saranda is very crowded in August.

The coffee at breakfast is very weak.
