Very good location of the hotel, in the center, near the city beach and port. A few meters away are shops, restaurants and cafes. Very responsive and helpful staff. We stayed at the hotel for six nights, the last three of which we stayed in a hotel room with a wonderful sea view. This room was offered to us by the hotel at no extra charge. The hotel room was cleaned every day, everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was tasty and varied. This hotel is a great place to stay when visiting Sarandë.

The beds are uncomfortable and the breakfast is not so good. I recommend going out to eat breakfast instead. There is a nightclub right across the street playing loud music during night (you can hear the music in your room). The hotel does not have a gym, even though booking says its one of the facilities. You can find a gym about 100 meters up the street, but you need to pay for access (misleading information about the hotel on booking.com).

Nice room, perfect view from the balcony, breakfast was delicious and the lady taking care of it was extremely nice and open to help. Faleminderit!!! Location was ideal, really close to the beach and the city center with tons of restaurants, shops and businesses around.

Not related to the hotel but by the time of our stay they were remodelling the square in front of the hotel. It will be a beautiful place once it is finished

Location was awesome, just a street behind the boulevard! It was clean, good looking room, a nice small balcony on the front side with nice sea view and enough space for 1. A nice little fridge for some drinks and a locker for some important stuff.

No breakfast option. Elevator didn't work in the evening hours. You had to use real keys to close your room instead of being locked when getting our of your room like would be in a hotel with card keys. So you really had to think about closing your room with the keys, otherwise anyone could just enter your room.

easy check in, great location. very clean rooms. staff were helpful. balcony over looking the sea. car hire from next door provided us with parking in front of the hotel.

lots of noise on the hallway from other guests and staff also. the bars etc were noisy but not as bad as expected (the hotel provided ear plugs too!) the bed was not very comfortable.

I would recommend this hotel 100%! We came earlier and hotel was able to give us room even before check in. Once we entered the room and open the balcony doors we saw beautiful view which took our hearts! Girls at the reception were friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast had pretty nice choice. Location is also great, very close to the promenade, bars and restaurants.

The hotel is at a great location. Hardly 100 meters from the seranda bus station as well as the beach., it ensures you will never miss your bus stop address. The staff is so polite and hospitable. I arrived 2 hours prior to my check in time, and the room was all ready for me. The view from the balcony is breath-taking. The best part is there is an ATM right out side the place and if you have EU/UK card, you wont have any problem. Scooter/Car hire is in the base of the hotel and they give you a decent discount on staying with them. Food was a great buffet of fresh italiano delicious bread...mamma mia! With great variety.

The location was awesome Personally couldn't find an area more suitable for us.

Sarande has abit of construction happening at the moment so the area can be noisy and dusty. But was good to see the area take shape. The room could do with a kettle and tea making facilities
