This was a great location and view and the room was very comfortable. We were informed we were visiting in the very (very!) offseason which was clear with the low occupancy. So we had great service, got to choose our breakfast off the menu and had fun surprises (like a bottle of wine) left in the room. The bed was so comfortable and cozy.

Amenities were decent - would have loved to be able to use the pool even in the 'off season' had it been heated ;)

The hotel is very nice, well maintained, in a minimalist style. The room was spacious, clean, cleaned daily. Super breakfast on the roof terrace. The staff is willing and helpful, e.g. with parking. We also appreciated the pool, the water was pleasant. The hotel is located near the end of the promenade and approx. 20 minutes' walk from the port. There is a bus stop to Ksamil/Butrint near the hotel. The hotel is not cheap, but the quality corresponds to the price.

The only small problem is the open shower. After showering, there is water in the whole bathroom. However, it is a small thing and daily cleaning will solve everything.

Location was great, a few minutes walk to a small beach, shops and restaurants. Rooms were spotless, clean sheets/towels everyday and bottles of water in fridge most days. Great views overlooking the sea front. Great friendly staff. Because it was almost end of season the rooftop bar wasn’t open, but they accommodated us with drinks anyway. Much appreciated.

We had a hire car and did find it difficult to find the hotel, because of its situation. Situated on a back street and a one way steep slope to get out of. Definitely need some more signage.

Great location and the hotel looks very modern. Didn't get to use the pool but it looked nice. The breakfast on the roof terrace was a fantastic way to start each day and the selection of food was decent. Rooms were a good size and the balcony provided a lovely view of Sarande.

I had stayed in some other hotels in Albania before this one and this didn't have the most comfortable bed. It wasn't bad but this was definitely on the firmer side. Also, the air-conditioning was difficult to control and I found myself waking up in the night to turn it off and it was too hard to figure out how to set a certain temperature.

We had a fabulous time at Julia hotel. The staff were super friendly, and as it is off-season we were able to have a room upgrade which was a wonderful surprise. We stayed on the 4th floor and the view was amazing, looking right over the sea and you could see Sarande town come to life as the sun went down and the city lights came on. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was really comfortable. As we were off-season, the hotel bar was not open in the evening but it didn’t matter because it was such a short walk into town. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to help in anyway they could. We were able to park our car directly outside the hotel on their driveway which was perfect, and there is a little shop directly opposite if you need any quick essentials. The breakfast was our favourite we’d had out of the five different hotels we stayed in Albania - it was a buffet breakfast with a huge spread of different hot and cold foods, jams, meats, cheeses, pastries, coffee and juices. Just delicious and we ate it on the rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. Location was great, we were near to the town and directly opposite the beach, and the next day we drove along the coast towards ksamil where we found some beautiful secluded beaches en route and not too far away. The hotel was very clean and new. There is a club not far from the hotel but don't let that deter from booking as the soundproofing was very good. The staff are lovely and helpful, breakfast was very nice. The location is great for the night life/restaurants. Our first time in Albania but not our last.

We had to think hard to remember anything negative but the only thing we would say is that the shower is close to the sink unit and after a shower the whole bathroom is messy but it is such a small issue and definitely does not affect the enjoyment of the Julia.

This is a great family run hotel just a minute away from Sarandë seaside promenade. The hotel is modern and decorated with taste. It has a lovely small pool and a lot of rooms have a great sea view. The room was very clean and cleaned every day, drinking water complimentary every day. Comfortable beds, good wifi, modern bathrooms, tasty breakfast on the rooftop terrace. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. All the beaches and cafés/restaurants are in a walking distance. Great for vacation only to recommend!

Great location and a clean modern hotel. Lovely staff and a good breakfast buffet. Super helpful and let us leave our bags there when we checked out etc.

The room we stayed in was a more basic one, we saw some others that looked much nicer but we didn’t mind because they let us check in a little earlier. The bathroom was small and with no shower curtain everything gets wet (not an issue just something to be aware of).
