Generally lovely, picturesque and close to the beach and everything you need. The cleaners are lovely and very thorough.

We found it difficult to locate the property when driving/using sat nav so chose to stay local for most of the duration. We also chose this hotel as the facilities listed food, but they only serve breakfast. On arrival, we hadn’t eaten in the hopes that we could use the facilities but were disappointed when there wasn’t any. A staff member offered to order pizza but never arrived. The hotel itself is very aesthetically pleasing but this appeared to be prioritised over practicality and safety. The steps from the hotel to the pool were marble and very slippy. My little boy fell from the top to the bottom, luckily on sustaining a few bruises, but was a worry. This was also the same throughout the hotel room/accessing the hotel.

Very clean and modern room. We had a deluxe double bedroom with Balcony. The pool area is also very nice and comfortable. The breakfast is served on the rooftop where you have an amazing few on saranda. The breakfast was nice, everything you to start your day well. You are super close to small private beach (no sand) where you can rent an umbrella for 15€/day or you walk about 500m to the bigger beach where you can lay on the ground (again no sand) The location is really good. Super close to everything. There is a small supermarket right in front of the door. You can see that the building is quite new and therefore a really good standard

The bathroom looks really nice with the big open rain shower, but after having a shower the bathroom is completely wet because there is no door. I would put a glass door there. From the roof terrace you have such amazing view and there have a bar. But impossible to get a drink there as you could hardly find the staff - same at the reception. Most of the time it's empty. It's super sad because you could make it so nice on the roof terrace if you promote it better and serve drinks there.

Location was great very close to local amenities and restaurants. The swimming pool was great too although it wasn't very sunny, but it had plenty of sunbeds. The breathtaking views from the breakfast area on the 5th floor were incredible, overseeing the whole town. Nice variety of breakfast with fruits, yoghurts, bakery juices, eggs and sausages. You could get coffee and tea at no extra cost during breakfast time.

There is quite a steep hill to get to the hotel. You have to leave your car keys in reception as the parking area is very small and they might need to move the cars around to avoid blocking others however it didn't bother us at all. The shower has no door or curtain and the whole bathroom was shocking wet after showering.

Amazing location: right in the center, but calm and silent. Amazing receptionist: helped us with everything, gave us advice. Amazing service: room was clean, our car was parked there and we wasn't disturbed even if that was needed to move the car. Nice breakfast: berries, eggs, veggies, croissants, teas, coffees, cheese, sausages. Air-conditioning, rain showers, hairdryers.

In double room towel holders wasn't attached to the wall. One bed side lamp didn't have a💡 But that were not a problem at all

This is one of the best hotels I’ve even been. Very nice and kindly stuff, solving all problems which appeard, helping all the time. The room was very clean and tidy, everyday was cleaned. Sea viev is amazing, for whole bay. Breakfast was delicious, everybody can chose whatever they want to eat. The location of hotel is great, the beaches, Main Street, city centre is very close to the hotel. To sum up - stay in this hotel made our vacation in Saranda wonderful.

I liked everything starts from breakfast, people who works there for this hotel each and everyone of them was professional nice and kind. Specially, one of them her name is KATERINA I cannot even find words to explain how good nice and kind she was, and very very smart and professional. Thank you again to everyone of Julia’s hotel, and we are looking forward to see you soon again.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the beach, the promenade and the restaurants and cafe's. The rooms are very modern and clean. The breakfast buffet at the roof terrace was very nice.

At first the music played at the pool was very loud, but they noticed it them self and immediately turned it down. Perhaps there could be a signpost at the big road, so that it is clear that you should drive up the small road to find the hotel and the parking space?

The breakfast was absolutely brilliant: plenty and for any taste. Furthermore we were very grateful to the staff who help us finding out about our onward bus to Qeparo and to get to the ticket-selling agency. The hotel even gave us a lift to the bus stop. Thank you!

The hotel is very central. We arrived on a Friday night and Saranda‘s centre was as noisy as a funfair combined with club music. The double windows helped to shut off the noise.

Nice clean modern property with friendly staff and well located to access the main resort. Nice rooftop terrace for breakfast and the owners very kindly agreed to serve breakfast early for us when we had an early departure

The parking was limited but the staff did well to accommodate and move cars around when required

Very clean, new object, good location, good view of the Saranda bay from the rooms on first floor or above (view from the rooms on ground floor is blocked by neighboring building), towels are changed every day.

Breakfast, cheapest sausages and salami that exists. Not a single sports channel on TV, although there are around 50 of them.
