The staff were really friendly especially the waiters from the restaurant- thank you for your hospitality. . Comfortable beds too and quiet a decent size balcony. Market very close by. The other bars and restaurants are within 20 min walking too.

During our stay we couldn't use the pool any of the days unfortunately. Such a pity as we picked the place for having a pool and for being beach front - the beach there is not very pretty so ended up just by the pool. The restaurant should have some more food options and their prices are too high for the quality they are offering.

Our room was amazing and all the hotel personnel we really nice. Swimming pool area was perfect. There are a couple of really good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Not the hotel's fault but the surroundings are not nice at all - the area needs development (no well kept, sidewalks missing in some parts, etc.). We walked the whole beach (not just in front of the hotel) and was probably one of the dirtiest beaches we've seen (lots of garbage). Still, you can always stay at the swimming pool or book an excursion but it would be great to keep the beach clean.

I recently stayed at Kraal and had an exceptional experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, especially the pool area, which was a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The restaurant offered delicious meals with a variety of options to choose from. The location was ideal, close to major attractions and with easy access to public transportation. Overall they really exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

If I can write a whole essay on how amazing this place was I will, the staff was amazing, the food was so delicious, the environment was lovely and I could go on and on, my girls and I had fun and it was just a vacation to remember because this accommodation is amazing.

Nothing really, even when the taxi driver that the hotel booked for us made an error to drop us in a different location I complained at the reception and we were compensated immediately, they made us feel seen and heard, no one ignored us because we were foreigners, all the staff were always ready to asssist,

It is a nice hotel with kind staff and a large swimming pool with sunbeds. The room was big and clean. The air conditioning worked well. A good place for beach visiting (around 100m) and for trips to the surroundings. Breakfast and dinner tasted good. When we did check out, kind staff from reception gave us a small bottle of Rakijeas as a gift.

The only thing that was not 100% was that breakfast and dinner were not warm, but rather lukewarm. There was trash on the beaches, and the beaches were not cleaned in the morning, but since the beach didn't belong to the hotel, it was a deficiency of a location and town.

During my stay I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional hospitality displayed by the hotel staff. From the moment I stepped in, their warm greetings and willingness to assist made me feel truly welcomed. Whether it was the front desk ensuring a seamless check-in process or the dining staff going the extra mile to accommodate my requests during breakfast, their attentiveness and helpfulness were evident throughout. This level of service not only enhanced my stay but also left a lasting impression, making Kraal a standout choice for anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable hotel experience.

I had such a lovely time at KRAAL. So lovely that I wanted to extend my stay but I had work to do in other cities of Albania. As a traveler I am not usually impressed with hotels in general. They are so expensive and not worth the price. But KRAAL is different. The pool is huge and perfect for families with children as they have a shallow separate part. Also the activities at the pool were nice. First aqua gym, and then a Dj Set on the evening. They also have a private beach but I unfortunately did not go for a swim. The beach looked clean and comfortable though. Food was very good. Buffet type with a huge variety to choose from. Even though I am vegetarian and here in Albania is difficult to find vegetarian dishes as the traditional ones are meat based, at the buffet I ate comfortably. The deluxe room I ordered was really spacious and the sea view was fantastic. Also I would like to thank the reception girls as they were very friendly and helpful. ☺️☺️

The staff at the Kraal Hotel are among the loveliest I have come across. From the front desk to the cleaners, they are all lovely. I received prompt support from the staff even before making a decision to book the hotel and I never regreted it. The breakfast options were equally great, with the melons being one of the sweetests and juiciest I have come across. Kraal Hotel is a gem in Vlorë I recommend every traveller to stay at while visiting.

Loved everything so far! I have travelled a lot, so many countries and hotels that I cannot remember. But i will surely remember KRAAL for many reasons. The most important one is that I felt very welcomed from everyone and as a female solo traveler I felt safe staying here. I knew that Albania is famous for its traditional welcome but I never experienced it. But thats not all! Room was spacious and super comfortable. Ah not to forget the spectacular wild views of Mediterranean Sea. The pool was also open but unfortunately it was a rainy day and I couldn’t enjoy it. And of course the most important meal of the day.. breakfast! Huge variety, excellent service, tasty fresh food. Almost forgot the most unique thing about KRAAL. The traditional ODA , which represents the Albanian Living Room. I cannot describe the colors, the vibe the magic of it. You have to see it for yourself! Thank you KRAAL for this amazing experience!!
