Carpark was very tight. but it worked. And was the perfect location

I got a stunning room for a small 20 EUR upgrade on the 6th floor directly overlooking the bridge and all of the city center from a nice and big balcony! The bed was super comfortable, bathroom with a great bathtub and toiletries was pleasant, a coffee machine and water was provided free of charge, WiFi worked very well. Fantastic central location - everything possible within walking distance, including main street with duty free shops, clothing stores, restaurants etc. The main bus station is approx. a 10 min walk away, but it is also possible to arrange for a shuttle bus to pick you up in front of the hotel if traveling to Barcelona. Breakfast was very rich and tasty, all staff were super nice and helpful. The ladies at the front desk were always smiling and ready to help, willing to go the extra mile and offer great recommendations! A private spa can be reserved at the reception - for just 9 EUR, I had a jacuzzi, a steam room and a Finnish sauna all to myself for an hour. A perfect evening choice after long days of traveling and sightseeing! Do not search any further and experience their Magic!

After a tiny, cell-like hotel room in Barcelona, I was thrilled to be in a very large, bright room with a balcony and a king-size bed. I slept very well and the mattress and pillows were great. The view terrace was a lovely bonus, even with the construction below. The price was fantastic - so much value here.

The location is excellent - close to centar, shops, ... Room vas very spacious, claean. The view on street and river was nice, but noisy. Breakfast was good enough. Pleasant stay that we will repeat again.

Kettle in the room would be expected for the category of hotel. Beds were too soft for our taste.

Modern hotel, big enough, right in the centre, close to everything, Very friendly staff, Large rooms, with coffee, very large beds, very clean, good soundproofing, Secure parking (of course, not easy for parking if your car is not small). It was a wonderful surprise to watch the evening fountain show from the balcony.

Located right near the city center, this hotel was absolutely perfect for anyone wanting to travel/shop in Andorra la Vella. The only issue I ever had was that my key card stopped working, but reception fixed it promptly and immediately. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again!

Secure parking in building for motorbike. Massive well appointed room with a great view. Great self restaurant was good value for money. Central location for exploring city.

Nightmare to get to as all one way streets not easy to understand and lots roadworks. Busy busy traffic. Very stressful. But not hotels fault. Its clearly what Andorra is ....... a busy expanding city.

The hotel is located in the very center of Andorra, my room has a wonderful view. The room was comfortable and spacious

A dining hall renovation was in progress next to my room, and it was rather noisy. However, sin w I stayed for only one night this was.not so relevant, as the works stopped in the evening.

location was perfect, staff were friendly and really helpful. The room was lovely and clean and a really nice size for a family with 2 young children.

parking was separate and at another location. very close but we missed a turn to get there so had to do another loop and then come back with bags and kids

The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. We arrived during a heatwave and the aircon didn't seem to work in our room, but we called reception and it got fixed within minutes, great! The hotel is in a great location, you can walk to any place in Andorra la Vella from there.
