Upon checkin, Lautaro on the counter offered us sparkling cava and water since we were hot (the weather was surprisingly hot in Andorra la vella) and also upgraded our room free of charge, that surprised us a lot!!! I think they did it cuz they couldnt find our booking, and then they were able to find it by confirmation number, but anyways, it was a super nice detail oriented to customer satisfaction and we loved it! We will be back in Hotel Roc Blanc for sure. Location is a 10/10 if you want to be near Caldea Spa, but they have their own spa and pools too!!! At checkout, they gave us water bottles and candy as another detail on how much they care for their customers. :)

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful for our stay. It was very clean with great facilities. Bed was super comfortable. Very nice bathroom/shower/bath. Perfect location too. Would recommend it for when staying in the area

It was not clear at all that the pool/spa was not included in the price on Booking.com. We booked this hotel for the spa, only to find out you had to pay another 23 euros to use it. Couldn't see this information anywhere, even on the hotel website

We loved the location, the room was amazing as we had a junior suite, loved the jacuzzi. The staff was amazing especially Ibrahim who looked after us at check in taking the car to the garage and back out when we checked out, he came to the room and helped us with the language made the check out process very easy and very very special 😀 give him 10 stars 🌟. The whole property was amazing. The room and the bed itself were so big. Best sleep I had during a trip ever! There was a bathtub and a separate shower too! There were fresh fruit and a bottle of wine to welcome you and also all the travelling bath necessities plus body scrub and facial moisturiser! couldn’t believe it! The staff were all so helpful and thoughtful! Upon arrival Damien at the reception noticed it was my partner’s Bday and offered us champagne! How brilliant!!!

The spa was good but we were expecting cool water in the swimming pool, it was pretty warm!

Excellent hotel for a weekend out in Andorra, really close to Caldea and on the main shopping street. The breakfast was very good, although a bit overcrowded at peak time. Room very comfortable and wifi working great.

Staff at reception were overloaded and unfriendly. Picking up a taxi is a difficult task, as the fleet is scarce. They called a taxi company that never appeared and then another one and appeared late, so we lost our bus from the station. It would be good if they can be more proactive in terms of making sure taxis are available. However, the hotel bellman guy was great and tried to help as much as he could all the time.

Comfortable spa hotel. Private garage parking under the hotel for a fee. Concierge can park your vehicle for you. We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years and love it. Great rooms with toiletries including toothbrush kit, shaving kit etc. Lovely shower gel and lotions also. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants located directly outside the hotel. Large buffet breakfast. Recommended.

it’s not a negative thing per se (in fact I found it rather amusing), just something to be aware of in case you really don’t like such a thing: beware that this is a beautiful, not-too-pricy hotel in a skiing area targeted at tourists. you will here a lot of romance noise from the rooms and, probably, your neighbors 🤣

Very good location, staff is nice and can speak English, French and Spanish. The level of comfort is super high, there was a bathtub in my room so after a day of hiking, it was so good having this to relax. At the reception, when we arrived we were welcomed with glasses of cava. I loved it.

It's very nice location. Everything is within walking distance. Paid parking is available. Apartment is super and well equipped. Reception staff is top notch. Safe place. A lot of cafes and restaurants are nearby. Highly recommended for family staying. BTW: the hotel has own Thermal spa.
