So friendly & helpful. Nice, clean room, safe underground parking at location. We arrived an hour early and intended to go for a walk until we could check in. The manager said our room was ready so we could go straight to the room (which was clean, quiet & spacious). Breakfast was included but was from 8-10am and we needed to leave at 6:30am. Again, no problem. The manager said he’d get the night Porter to sort us some breakfast. We were grateful & expected a take away type affair but were amazed to find the whole buffet breakfast choice laid out for us!! It was really tasty too. To say we felt valued was an understatement. I’m just sorry we couldn’t stay longer but will bring the whole family next time for a longer stay. Thank you so much!

Excellent hotel! Very friendly staff, free ski bus stop right in front of the hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day, everything is clean and the rooms are in good condition

Breakfast is monotonous, but like breakfast before a ski trip, it’s ok, enough until lunch. Something warm and eggy is missing. If there were scrambled eggs or an omelet, it would be perfect

We had a great time at the hotel, and we'll definitely be back! The dinners were fantastic, and the staff, especially the lady who spoke Russian, were extremely helpful. Without her, it would have been difficult for us to navigate the Spanish menu. It would be nice to have an English menu available. Also, the hotel has a wonderful Labrador dog living on the

Off-road safe underground parking, easy to find, and a typically well run clean and tidy hotel. Staff friendly, especially Elder who met us on arrival and looked after us in the bar later and in the restaurant for a very tasty and reasonably priced evening meal.

Good sized room and bathroom, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast with a good variety. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Encamp looking for value for money.

Our room looked out on an apartment block but fantastic other than that.

Bargain priced hotel on edge of Encamp. Comfortable. Helpful staff. Free underground parking. Bus stop right outside.

Breakfast was poor. Some building work going on behind, but didn’t disturb us too much.

The breakfast was very good, with ham, cheese, eggs, cereal and a variety of breads and pastries. The evening meals were very good with a lovely variety on the menu and included a bottle of wine.

We liked hotel very much, very clean, comfortable and nice room, free bus stop for Funicamp was near the hotel , dinner was very tasty. Window roller shutters in the room are very good idea for hotel

Insulation of the room was not very good, so we could hear our neighbors and car noise, but it didn't affect our sleep.

Breakfast was good and supply of food did not run out. The staff cleared and made the tables ready right away for other guest/s to use. Time though was just from 8 to 10 am only and everybody had to leave the dinning hall by 10 am.

The rooms were kind of hot during the summer because there was no airconditioning. A fan would have been nice to circulate the air and cool down the room in place of an aircon. That's the only down side to our stay at Montecarlo.

Easy parking, bus stop just outside, very comfy room with Balcony, - cozy warm. Everything was so easy honestly :D

I couldn't play with the dog it was sleeping all day long at the lobby :D <3
