Our room was on the fifth floor and we had fabulous views of the snow capped mountains. The room was spacious and clean with loads of hanging space in the wardrobes; we were very impressed with the room. The bed was super comfortable and there is a lift to all floors. The restaurant and bar sound popular but we didn't eat there in the evening. The buffet breakfast was €6 each and was excellent value.

We managed to park our motorbike outside the hotel but the parking system is a bit confusing. One of the hotel staff said it was free parking for motorbikes (unlimited time) but another member of staff said it was chargeable up to 8pm and then free until 8am for all vehicles. We chose to play safe and pay the parking charges; it wasn't expensive.

The staff was mixed between friendly and seemingly uninterested. Also the quality of the food wasn't consistent. There was lots to like and good food there but other dishes were mixed in taste, texture and feel.

Everything about our stay at the hotel was magnificent. A five star hotel wouldn't be able to compete with the level of service provided by Dulce, Fatima and the team at the hotel. We are indebted to them for ever. And we will be back. Pedro the manager seems to have a wonderful way of empowering Dulce snd Fatima in a beautiful and subtle way. Spot on place, really helpful and seemed to be always cleaning up so spotless. Brekkie was good and well presented. Staff super helpful and drinks mega cheap too.

Booked 3 single beds but ended up with a double and a single. Not ideal but they threw in brekkie for free so we were happy. Not a drama or a deal breaker

Room was small (bathroom takes a lot of space). A minibar is cruelly missing (after skying we need hydration, and a minibar to keep water or isotonic beverages is a must)

Room was recently decorated and clean. Breakfast choice was good. Evening bar options are wide and good value. Great, indoor and secure ski and board storage for winter trips. Good access to lifts within easy 5-10 min walk. Great value for money.

Quality of hot items at breakfast could be better. Scrambled eggs were left in a tray under a heat lamp for several hours so dried out. Rooms on corridors with the lift were sometimes noisy with the lift door opening but could rest fine anyway. Overall would recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable big room with very big bathroom. The hotel was quiet both during days and nights. Breakfast and dinner was of a good standard.

We had a quadruple room, which could have comfortably slept 6. The bathroom was big and clean. The breakfast had a lot of choice and all the staff were friendly. I would definitely return.

The fruit juice was horrible! Other than that the breakfast was great.

Everything was perfect. Even doing a late checkin after all was closed...even the reception, it was marvelous. After driving for 8 hours and being stuck in traffic for more than 2 due to a fire, it was wonderful just to enter the hotel to a great, spacious and beautiful bedroom for a perfect night sleep.
