Cozy, clean & convenient! This boutique hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to an upscale mall, the cemetery where Evita is buried, steakhouses & bars, museums, the Ricoleta Cultural Center, parks, mini-marts, even a MacDonalds, and more. Rooms are quiet & clean with a good bed & functional kitchenette. Tastefully decorated tho not over-decorated (which is annoying in a hotel room). Best part, tho, is the wonderful bi-lingual staff who cheerfully help you with all your questions & needs 24 hours a day. I stay here whenever I am in Buenos Aires! Great value for the money!

The staff were very friendly. They had plenty of suggestions for me on what to do and where to eat and how to get places every day. The room size was very good and the balcony, even if small, was a nice touch.

Wasn't a fan of the layout of the room and the bathroom but can't do much about architecture. The placing of the A/C is just above the shelf and it obstructs the air flow. So the A/C takes a while. Could have curtains that could close a bit better to provide more darkness to the room when I did want to sleep in. Still very pleasant and comfortable for a home away from home.

Location was excellent, facilities too, room was very spacious. Casa Bevant is located 1 block away from Recoleta Cemetery where the action is, a lot of restaurants, cafes, people posthumous music, very vibrant area. There is a 24 hour reception, Elizabeth is a very good asset to the hotel, always ready to help and very attentive. The laundry room was a plus, the wifi was good. If I come back to BsAs I wouldn't stay in any other place than Casa Bevant. Thank you very much for the good service

Everything exceeded my expectations

Location is really good. It's a great neighborhood. The building is nice and the room is very well appointed and spacious. The staff is also very helpful. We had a super late arrival (close to 3am), and it was not a problem. Also we had a late departing flight, and we were able to store our luggage there on our last day. We had small children, the staff made sure we had rooms that worked well for them. We really enjoyed our experience and would consider it again for our next trip to Buenos Aires.

Comfortable beds and bathroom. Kitchen facility with large fridge in the room. Good WiFi. Tasteful decor throughout. Good recommendation for a fabulous French cafe for breakfast - the best croissants!

No sink plugs in kitchen or bathroom, but readily fixed next day. Great kitchen facility but preparing a meal would require purchase of too many bare essentials. Provision of salt, pepper, oil and tea/coffee in the room would be a great advantage.

This little boutique hotel is great! The staff was really responsive ahead of time and the check in was easy enough. The staff were helpful and kind. The room was awesome, I would definitely choose this again for an extended stay.

My only constructive feedback is that there should be a doorbell or something. The doors are locked even during business hours, which is nice for safety, but a few of us were waiting with luggage for several minutes to get in. I was starting to worry I missed a code or something to get in

-(minor) Unfortunately, the rooms no longer have Nespresso machines, though they are available in lobby for a small fee. -As with many hotels we’ve experienced in South America, AC outlets are terrible — loose and often intermittent.

Casa Bevant was a wonderful place to stay for a few days while exploring Recoleta. Excellent location for walking around, with lots of cafes and parks nearby. The room was comfortable and the little balcony among the treetops, making it more private than I expected for the city location. The staff were helpful and I liked the little snack bar in the lobby. I felt very safe walking around by myself. I would definitely stay here again!

Someone was always in reception to greet us and help with whatever we needed. Helped us get an app on our cell to get local cabs/ drivers like uber. It was didi. That way you could put your visa number in and don't need to carry cash. They helped us with the washing machine as it's a little foreign. The staff Always had a smile on their faces. Stored our luggage for 3 hrs after we checked out. They have washer/dryer combo in basement. Iron by request in lobby. A block from a wonderful coffee and pastry place. Few blocks from Carrefour market. Cheap prices. The cemetery is only a few blocks away. Quiet street.

Not their fault but the washer and dryer is a little difficult. Should have instructions in english. We did finally ask for help and they came down to show us. But it's a ventless dryer and that takes 3 to 4 hrs to dry. Just do it at night and pick them up in the am. It wasn't clear initially how to enter the hotel. But there is a white doorbell that they will answer immediately. So minor inconvenience.
