The location is ideal in Recoleta for visiting the famous Recoleta Cemetary and the Recoleta Park (home to a crafts market on Sundays from 12p - ??). It is a very walkable area with many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We loved being greeted by a fellow American, and all the staff were polite and helpful. Our suite was quite spacious, though our view was a painted inner courtyard. The breakfast spread included many options, though ordering an omelet or fried or poached egg is extra (even though it does not say so on the menu card).

You have to ask for ice to be delivered to your room - i.e., no central place where you can get it yourself. While we had a small kitchen area, we did not have any basic kitchen items like a bowl to put chips in, or dishsoap and a towel to wash glasses.

Nice size property. Very clean and modernized.

A bit noisy. Since the property is in a prime location, it faces a busy street so you can hear the street traffic at night. Could be resolved with some double panned windows. Additionally, there was construction happening during my stay that began in the morning. I recommend they warn guests when checking in and as a nice gesture provide ear plugs while the work is happening.

We had an amazing stay at CasaSur! We booked it for a special occasion and my partner worked with the amazing staff to surprise me with a proposal. The staff helped him set up the room with roses and champagne and gave us some chocolates. They were all so friendly and helpful, and congratulated us on our engagement. The room was really big and we loved the living area. The breakfast, bar area and location are perfect. This hotel is a very special place for us now and we’ll definitely come back!

Everything was great! The only thing was the jets in the spa pool didn’t work, they tried to fix it but no luck.

So many things: 1) comfortable and quiet room, 2) FREE private tour on Saturdays, 3) wonderful staff that let us use the spa area to freshen up before our late flight and made several reservations for us. Our room had a large terrace where we had coffee in the mornings. (Photo).

There was a bit of construction noise during the day.

Fantastic location and kind helpful staff. We really enjoyed ourselves at the hotel which is on a busy street but we found it very relaxing. The balcony outside was a really fun part of the trip where we could sit and look at all of the lovely trees below. Able to walk to many of the attractions in the city, with many of them only a few blocks away. Really love the character of the hotel.

Nicholas at the front desk so super helpful. We had a suite with one bedroom (with a door which was key) and two bathrooms. The "sofa" in the living area was more like a twin bed which was perfect for our needs (2 sisters traveling together).

The balcony opened out onto a large "chute" with buildings all around. They put up a beautiful mural but not much fresh air came in which is what we were looking for.

Very friendly staff and nice safe location. They offer extra amenities like a spa that they let me use even after checkout due to a late flight. Would recommend!

The staff of CasaSur Recoleta made me feel at home from the moment I arrived, everyone from the front desk, restaurant servers and housekeeping. The place is in a prime location with restaurants, shopping and cafes at walking distance. Will definitely come back.

Gym could be improved and internet a bit slow at times but nothing to stress about.

Amazing staff. Super friendly and good location. It’s two or three blocks away from recoleta cemetery. I’m not sure if it was for all guests, breakfast is included. The food is decent.

If you’re looking for a good view from your room then this is not your place.
