Location, rooms, staff, almost everything. The young guys at the reception (Manuel&co) are great.

Could improve pool area (e.g. take care that there are some new towels left, improve aesthetics, etc)

The staff at this hotel are phenomenal. Martin, Augustina, Fabian, Juan and another lady with glasses, sorry I didn't catch your name. Massive thank you to everybody. Wonderful , helpful staff. Genuinely interested in the welfare of their guests. I travelled to other parts of Argentina but always returned to this hotel , mainly because of the staff, the cleansiness and the warm feeling of being taken care of. I recommended the hotel to other travellers and I know they decided to stay at the Dazzler because of how wonderful the staff are. I am a golden years traveller and asked sooo many questions and the wonderful staff always accomodated me and were informative and patient. Thank you so much everybody, I will return. I loved everything

Great location in a safe area of Palermo, close to many restaurants, coffee shops, Arcos shopping and beautiful parks. Nice facilities including a rooftop pool. Suites are huge with separate living room and kitchenette. Beds, bedding and pillows of very good quality. Excellent breakfast with remarkably good pastries and bread, in addition to scrambled eggs, fruits, etc.

Small bathroom for the size of the suite. Not big deal except that the vanity was so small that you couldn't keep your toiletries in the bathroom. The bathroom was not super clean when we arrived, there was hair on the floor. They responded promptly to my complaint and they kept the bathroom clean from then on.

Great location especially for us as we just spent one night in Buenos Aires before continuing on to Patagonia. Very close to regional airport as well as restaurants and stores. Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and coordinated airport pickup for us. Would recommend staying here for an overnight or for a longer stay!

Everything was great--we found out later that the coordinated airport transportation was more expensive than if we would have just booked an Uber. However, after a very long travel day it was easier to have it all set up. Plus, our driver was extremely kind and gave us all sorts of suggestions about how to maximize our (less than) 24 hours in Buenos Aires.

The room we were given was on the 1st floor, with no views (or a view of the parking lot), but it was really quiet and did not bother us at all. The room was huge, with a living room separate from the sleeping area and the bathroom was also good (not great, but fair for the value). The location was amazing, we felt super safe and it was a short walk to the best restaurants in Palermo and the city parks. Overall a great stay!

Breakfast was a bit disappointing... It looked like a regular US breakfast and I was expecting a bit more variety given that Latin America is known for good breakfast at 4-stars hotels. Other than that the hotel was great.

Unbeatable location, close to the parks some 5-10 min to the north and in the oposite direction you’ll find loads of great eateries, from tiny coffee shops to top notch restaurants. The hotel (and room) was clean, modern and had a superb rooftop pool with nice views, and sunsets! Comfy beds, decent breakfast (kudos for long breakfast hours!)

The hotel is a good choice but it is a tad pricey for what you get, as it is a chain hotel with pretty standard features.

At first I wondered if the location was far from the sights. However, I stayed 8 nights at the Dazzler Polo and was extremely happy with my location. It was 2 blocks from a Metro line and buses that took me to the historical center yet was walking distance from beautiful parks and the best neighborhoods for dining and nightlife. I felt safe walking near the hotel late at night. The reception staff was always present and helpful. They gave tips that I appreciated. The morning breakfast was available throughout the morning. There was a good choice of good to eat. I’d definitely stay at the Dazzler Polo again and recommend that you do too

The rooms were big and very comfortable. The beds were great as well! Loved the location, close to running trails and nightlife. Had a rooftop pool and a fitness center.

Would have been great if there was a bar in the hotel so that you had somewhere to wait when meeting up with the rest of your party. Laundry service was slow.

Room is very large, love the vinyl plank flooring no carpet is great as you know it is clean, refrigerator. Front desk staff were extremely helpful we do not speak spanish and they were able to assist us. Love the location safe to walk at night close to restaurants, the shopping mall is in walking distance, parks close by

No items in the kitchen area, knifes, forks a few plates would be nice, no drawers in the room. Housekeeping could have provided more towels was a but hit and miss. The pool area needs some shade, it is a lovely area but was too hot to use at 30 celcuis

The room was actually a suite, 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths. Nice LR and dinette. Fully stocked mini-bar/snacks. Very comfortable place to hang out when it was raining. Wished we could have stayed a few days (we were just on a stop-over). Breakfast had plenty of variety and quality items. The neighborhood is great. Several restaurants in walking distance, same to a very nice city park. We rented a paddleboat on the pond. The safe was very supportive. We ended up booking a late check-out because we had a late evening flight. It was worth it. We went out for a long walk in the afternoon, then could shower before we headed to the airport.
