So let me start by saying that my parents are always looking for comfort, so this was perfect. There was an issue for my part, it was more of a misunderstanding since I thought I already paid for the service since my card was on file but no, turns out you pay at the property with the card, thanks God Carlos was there to help my parents. THANK YOU, CARLOS!! He was kind and helpful since the beginning. If you have a question, don't doubt to ask him he'll know the answer. Again, thank you, Carlo( give this man a raise !!) :D

The hotel is centrally located,near a subway stop.The room was quiet as I asked.They gave me a room with a bathtub,which I asked for.The hot water was excellent in the bathtub.The bed was very comfortable

The door to my room was hard to open,but they sent someone to fix it right away.

Location, location, location. Nice and comfy bed. Everythings working. Amazing staff in reception daytime as well as nighttime that are eager to answer your questions and always meets you with a smile. Wifi was also good. Many place of interests nearby which is walkable. Close to subte and buses.

No outlet close to bed, at least no ome I found.

I tried 2 rooms. There is a strange door. It was the same in both. I think the furniture, curtains equipment are just super old. There was dust and hair as well near the side tables and a considerable amount just below the beds.

The location is very convenient, right in the centre very easy to access even for people without cars. Hospitality, all the stuff was super nice, I had a very short stay and I was well received even when I left they offered to call a taxi for me. Muchas gracias por todos.

All the people who work in this hotel are excellent. They are very polite and helpful. They do their job perfectly in order to help all the clients and make the accommodation there better and more comfortable.

perfect location in the city centre, it is 5 minute a walk to San Telmo and 15 minutes to the San Telmo market on Sunday. Also you are in 5 minute at the Obelisk. You can leave your luggage there for all day before check in and after check out.

central location was ideal - access to everything you need is so very close. Staff were fabulous - throw any question at them in either English or Spanish and they have a super friendly response and solution to help.

breakfast was pretty simple: Tang juice or water with coffee or tea options + toasted bread/sweet croissant with spreads. Fruit option would have been awesome for the gluten and lactose intolerant.

It’s a bit old(ish), but the service was very polite, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. I was staying just one night between airplanes and this place satisfied all my needs. The price was also very good with peso vs euro exchange rate when paying with a foreign card.

Ideally located very close to plaza de Mayo, close to the bus stop to Ezeiza airport (Avenida Maya), clean rooms, really helpful and nice staff, good full breakfast, excellent wifi. I do recommend to stay here ! It’s very good value !
