Great location. We were allowed to check in early and check out late. Great soundproofing. TV worked with internet videos. Good WiFi. Loved the memory foam pillows. Good breakfast buffet. Good value. Kichenette.

Coffee could be stronger!

The room was spacious and clean. For me it was important that I can turn off my air condition in the room. The bed was big, and the bathroom ok. It had a small place where you can prepare coffee, wash the cups, plates and knives, and a nice table, comfortable both for eating and work. There was also a place, where you can accommodate your luggage and big travel backpacks. There was a big TV as well, but I never used it.

The pillows (all several sets in the room) were pretty uncomfortable (please, change these horrible pillows!), and the fridge was too noisy (I had to turn it off for the night). Although the room has a small kitchen, in fact you cannot prepare anything more than coffee or tea. The microwave did not switch on (I guess it is a socket/cable problem), and although the room had hot-plates, there was no even a small pot. Basically, I had a few plates, glasses, cups, and some knives, forks and spoons, i.e. very basic equipment. Laundry service is not cheap at all. There were construction works nearby, producing noise during the day, but anyway the hotel cannot do anything about it. On the balcony there was only one chair to sit. I was ravelling alone, but what if I was not?

Great accommodation for a stay in Buenos Aires. Good location — we could walk everywhere. Staff were really nice. Breakfast was fine. WiFi worked perfectly for work.

This hotel was the best I stayed at in Argentina. The rooms were large and with balconies. With booking.com's "deal" it was good value for money and located in the heart of Buenos Aires. But what made it excellent was the attitude and helpfulness of the staff. I came here four times over the space of seven weeks and they always went the extra mile to meet my needs. Whenever I turned up hours early, tired from an overnight journey, they always allowed me early into my room at no extra charge. They let me leave baggage in their store for three weeks. Full marks.

I have no suggestions for improvement.

First place I need to praise the attention we received from front desk attendants and hotel staff. Every request and inquiry we made during our stay was properly and heartly answered. Room very comfortable, spacious, well equipped, well supplied, and with good air conditioning. Breakfast was very good, providing a reasonable selection of fruit, bread, cereal, hot and cold provisions. The hotel is also very well located, with easy access to many relevant places for a tourist visiting Buenos Aires.

A small leak at shower box required us to leave a towel there to avoid wetting the bathroom floor. Sound isolation not so effective allowed us to occasionally hear noises from neighbor rooms. On the other hand, street or city sounds were not listened at all.

Great hotel, because it has an excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Also the location is great, not so exposed but also not so hidden from the sights in the city. The breakfast was very good, delicious and with great variety. The room was very comfortable and the balcony was a perfect match.

I don't see any outstanding negative points regarding the hotel.

Walking distance to Corrientes Ave. and Rivadavia, Ave. de Mayo Ave. and 9 de Julio Ave. where theaters, restaurants, libraries and other entertaiment options are available. Microcenter area safety is generally good, police is visible most of the time in the vicinity of the hotel as well as evening security of the hotel. Guest are usually families or adult couples with proper and considerate behavior. Room cleaning team is quite good and gentle. Eva in the breakfast Room and Darío in front desk are helpful and service oriented. Very few "porteño" attlitudes unexplicably at front desk, not rude but too serious. A little smile and taking live not too seriuosly usually is helpful not only for bussines but to the person itself.

Breakfast is good, but rather standard every day. Small changes like seasonal fruits is a budget and healthy effective alternative to a high carbohydrate based offering.

Nice big room, clean bathroom, good beds. Kitchen with table and chairs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well located, we felt safe also on the neighboring streets.

Some details would have made the picture complete for a 10/10. The kitchen did not contain any utensils (coffee/tea, knife, spoons). The electricity (and hence also the elevator) was a couple of times out of service during the 2nd day. The refrigerator was rather noisy. The night lamps at the bed had a very cold color, and were not strong enough to allow reading.
