Location is good if you want to either walk to Puerto Madero or downtown Buenos Aires, or San Telmo. It's located in a "buffer zone" between those. The room was very spacious and the style was clean and modern. Same with hallways and the pool area. The temperature of the pool was perfectly warm.

The breakfast is very limited, and even worse is the fact that there's very little room (8 or so seats) available, it's intended for you to grab something and take it to your room. A nice option but not so much if it's the only practical option. Also you have to pay for your parking, which I don't remember if it was noticed in advance.

a little bit of a walk to the downtown core good for some not so good for others free morning coffee and Tea would be great one stay we got nothing had to pay an outrageous price and have the breakfast also on our return it was all included I still don’t understand why

I would like to give a special shout out to Americo and Robert for having exceptional customer service. Tbe whole staff was super friendly. But these two gentlemen stuck put above the crowd. I will definitely stay here again because of my experience. Keep up the good work fellas!!! You both deserve promotions.

They said there was going to be a breakfast but there wasnt. I saw another guest get a packaged breakfast and a tetrapack of juice. Dont bother ordering the Breakfast. at $10 its not worth it. Not even half.

THe location was great and the value was really good. If you want to be close to the best restauarants in BA this is a nice cheap serviced apartment but dont expect any services.

Clean and spacious apartment room overlooking a waterbody and the university-UCA. Kind responsive staff. They gave me an appropriate adaptor to charge my laptop. Life saver!

Two walls of windows made it incredibly hot. Noise from plumbing and a resident with TV on all day.

Everything is in good.. The room complete with kitchenette, fridge, toaster, kettle. Bed is superking. Location is very near to the women bridge. The receptionist is very helpfull. Thanks for allow me to stay extra hours(late checkout).
