The hotel is centrally located in Buenos Aries, so we were able to visit key tourist sites. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The public areas are beautiful. The breakfast was good, but not exceptional. We enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was the same each day. There was very little choice of cooked food, the bread was very sweet and the pastries were quite poor ( chewy instead of crisp)

Great location in the middle of the city. You can walk to many places, for farther distances we used Uber. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Overall a good experience.

Room was spacious, but could be a bit more comfortable. We stayed in a triple room, the only mirrors we had were above both sinks. A mirror in the room could be useful. Also the only chair to sit was the one of the desk. A small comfortable armchair would be nice as we were three adults.

Nice interiors, good location, however the center of BsAs is a bit chaotic/dirty and next time I will consider a different neighbourhood.

Fantastic service from all staff, extremely helpful. Breakfasts enjoyable and our room was pleasant and modern , with a few minor scratches on floor. Bed, bathroom etc all very comfortable.

Street The view from the room over the street was a bit grim, but this is an inner city hotel and so it is what it is!

Classic, timeless, iconic, loved it! Top quality crisp white bed linen. Extremely comfy mattresses and pillows. Spottless bathrooms. Really hot water (extremely enjoyable during the cold time of the year). Good water pressure. Cozy and well decorated rooms. Food quality during breakfast. Very nice and helpful stuff.

-I was disappointed about grayish color really old and nasty bathrobes (which are supposed to be white and crisp). We changed a few rooms during our stay and the situation was the same in all the rooms. -Exactly the same breakfast choice every day! Considering that the choice of the food was not great, it became very boring after a few days to eat all the same. -Really tiny windows in most of the hotel rooms, and all of them covered with the frosted film, no view, not enough light, very disappointing. (In fact, they have a few rooms with the view, but I am not sure how you can book these rooms. Maybe there is an option “room with the view” on the web site, but I am not sure about that.)

Big, comfy room. Fast and easy check-in. Front desk were quite helpful regarding transportation in the area and money exchange. Breakfast was full and quite nice! They stored our luggage upon arrival (early arrival), which was great!

Nothing I can think of! A robe and slippers would be nice, but it my rating doesn't change. Outstanding stay! We'll be back!

Grand old building with large rooms that have beautiful 1920s Art Deco cornice coving & ceiling decorations. The hotel has an opulent feel & when you read about the previous residents you can image bumping into Albert Einstein or Evita Peron on the staircase.

Largely the staff were not attentive enough. The bar area is popular, but the two staff manning it don’t spot you walking in & taking a seat, so you wait ages to be served. Tables are not cleared so remain festooned with dirty crockery & many of the ingredients for cocktails etc are not in stock. The same issues arise at breakfast with fresh pastries, yogurt etc running out & not being spotted by the staff. This can be easily remedied with some customer service training & effective management overseeing things.

Good breakfast; lots of choice. Nice dining room; well presented. Staff made us an breakfast to put in our fridge as we had an early AM departure. All staff accommodating and pleasant. Location perfect for walking to historic buildings. The Savoy has a grand historic feeling to it. The rooms are very comfortable with good beds and quiet. We stayed at the Savoy twice during our visit to Argentina and loved it! We will stay again when we return to Buenos Aires on our next trip. Restaurant served gourmet food, delicious and well-priced. We had 3 of our 4 dinners there as we found it so appealing.

Nothing negative.

Each time I travel to Buenos Aires I stay at the Savoy. I like the venue itself and its location. It keeps a bit of the old BA charm.

Operationally it can be improved. The receptionist almost accused me I'm illegally staying in Argentina because he couldn't see my visa, he didn't know what Apple Pay is and when he finally checked me in he sent me to the wrong room, where there were other guests already - all this around midnight, after a 5h trip. He would be one of the reasons I am doubting my return.

The room was very pleasant and the old world feel of the hotel was wonderful. The staff, in particular, Ricardo, on the front desk, were excellent and they served a great buffet breakfast. So much choice! The location on Avenida Callao was suburb for the first part of our stay in the city (broken up by a weekend in Montevideo) and was a shopper's paradise but just nicely close enough to famous tourist areas.
