Loved the location of this hotel, right by the main freeway that goes into Puerto Iguazú and also to the Brazil border. We were perfectly centrally located for our Iguazú Falls tour excursions. The staff were extremely helpful. Loved the rooms and balcony views too!

Unfortunately, the dinner we had was not good… at all. We just did not like it, the chicken had no taste whatsoever and everything we had was average at best. The breakfast was only okay.

Excellent location. Safe. Close to public transportation to Iguazu waterfalls and puerto Iguazú town ($3000 pesos each way and per person as for my stay days in mid april) if you like to walk you could go from the hotel to the Iguazú town. excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff members. Very responsive via WhatsApp (find them on Instagram). Would stay again if I come back

Price could be a bit cheaper. No transportation from hotel to airport unless you contact them via WhatsApp. If you forget there is a bus stop in front of the airport and it’s $3000 pesos arg (as for mid April) WiFi connection wasn’t working and was not stable. Check out time is too early. It would be nice to have a snacks and drinks bar at the room.

Alot especially the view from the room and roof top. I went solo and for this area i didnt know what to expect besides online photos. Being there at the hotel seemed really upper scale for the area. Its located mainly at the start of Puerto iguazu and you cant get lost because you can just walk one road. The room size was huge and the staff and cleanliness was perfect. The view from the huge balcony was worth it. The gym and pool were nice additions i didnt use but went to see them. There also is a gas station less than 5 min walk away but you really dont need that because there is food/bar and resturaunt at the hotel. Its also right next to the argentina flag and iguazu sign. The fact it was controllable air conditioning really made me sleep well at night because it was very humid and coming back from iguazu falls where i can relax and get away from the heat for the night.

There isnt much not to like because for the price and what you get its certainly well worth it.

Parking, although the garage was very wide and it could easily fit my Toyota Prado, the hotel staff team posted a lot of restrictions obliging me to park my car at the street. Hard to understand their behavior. It did not matched the hotel description in my booking reservation

Great services - meals and beverages, laundry, cleaning. Polite staff. Perfect location for tour pick ups. Nice rooftop. Great views and relaxed sophistication.

Decent breakfast, lovely lobby and bar to lounge in, staff was very helpful and happy to help. Restaurant wasn't cheap but also lovely with excellent service.

Our room had cockroaches and the safe didn't work, they transferred us immediately to a new room which was fine.

We stayed for a weekend at Grand Crucero. We really enjoyed having dinner at the restaurant and sitting in the lobby at night to have some tea. The staff were very friendly and overall we had a nice stay.

I have no complaints.

Very clean, good size room which I enjoyed. Good facility. Restaurant was nice. Had a good dinner there. Breakfast was good. Was able to store my luggage before check in time so I can visit the falls.

We did like the location, breakfast, the room, and the staff were very friendly and helpfull.

No kettler for hot water in the room.
