Excellent breakfast, water always available in the lobby. Comfortable room. Beautiful view to the harbor.

Breakfast and breakfast staff were fabulous! The view from our room amazing! Walking distance to everything. They also had a small gym that was nice for our down days.

The room could get a bit hot, so we needed to crack the window at night which allowed for a bit too much noise, but nothing major. All the other fabulous features and the wonderful staff more than made up for something so minor.

I loved automatic letter that hotel sends when you book a room. They provided all information people need if it's their first visit of Argentina. Also they send automatic letter before check-out with some information that I find useful. Check-in and Check-out time is better than in most of hotels in the city. Very nice staff and nice breakfast. I had some issue with facilities in my room and staff handled it very professionally and made sure that my stay was pleasant

Nothing to say here except maybe that pillows were a little too big for me and it would be nice to have few options :)

The hotel room was stunning... top floor, huge suite - I definitely recommend getting one of the larger rooms. Breakfast was very good, and the location was amazing, right downtown and walkable to museums and restaurants. Tours pick up directly at the hotel. They even give mate & bombilla & thermoses for guest to use while they stay at the hotel, which is nice, as you'll definitely be curious about the mate culture!

This is not a "I did not like" but rather some advice. Checkin was a bit hectic as they requested we go to the cambio and get pesos with our dollars at the blue rate, which was not only better for us but also them. It just gets awkward as you have all your luggage and have to go change the cash, and then come back at do the transaction. The 161,000 pesos charge was paid with 374 pieces of paper, which is cumbersome with the counting, etc. Be aware and be prepared!

The staff were very friendly and the position e cellent

We were there with 2C outside and the heating was not working all the time and it has been also switched off by the cleaning staff (I suppose) because we found the button moved from its lace. That was annoying with this weather. The breakfast was very basic.

Location is great, if you get a room on floor 3 and above the view from the room is great! Stuff is very friendly, breakfast is nice too.

Wi-Fi is fine when it is working, but connection breaks quite frequently. For some reason there is no toothpaste in shower set

Great location, one street away from the shops and restaurants. Very nice and helpful staff. Very comfortable, clean and safe. Reasonable breakfast. Although we don’t speak Spanish, we got by with no difficulties.

The bathroom is small with no counter space. No amenities, although that was fine with us since we in Ushuaia for the scenery and adventure, not for the hotel experience. The breakfast is great if you have a sweet tooth (chocolate brownies for breakfast?) but a little limited if you are looking for protein.

The location was perfect, near the main shopping street and restaurants, but quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good and the lobby was comfortable when I needed to spend a couple of hours after check-out. The staff was friendly. I had a nice view of the mountains from my room. I would stay again if visiting Ushuaia!

The temperature in the room was a little too warm but easily managed by leaving the window open a bit.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Juan made us feel at home. the breakfast is very simple but ok. the rooms are very comfortable. wifi is good. the location is incredible, right in downtown. walking distance to everywhere. recommended.

this hotel has a bathtub. I seem to think that bathtubs are dangerous to shower. just keep this in mind.

Very good Hotel, the best thing was the location, walking distance to the main street , the Dock where the boats leave and bust station, there is a supermarket at the corner and lots of resteraunts also there is a place for changing money near the hote. The breakfast was good, Free water in the lobby
