Location, Location, Location central to everything! Check in was very easy and quick, our luggage's were taken by the porters who were very polite and helpful. The Hotel is renovated and very clean, our cleaning staff were there everyday cleaning and super friendly. Toiletries were provided regularly, there was plenty if tea, coffee and water in the room. If you have Marriott Bonvoy then you have access to the executive lounge with snacks, drinks and amazing view from the lounge balcony. The neighborhood is lively every night and close to all shops, restaurants and activities. Plenty of parks around for the children.

Perfect location for someone new to the city. Extremely helpful staff both at the reception and the concierge. Can't them the ladies at the reception enough for resolving a hiccup with Yandex and reserving a place for me to enjoy a wonderful dinner at Yerevan Tavern.

Everything was perfect! I would stay here again 100% of the time! Location, staff, breakfast, dinner, room, fitness center, aesthetics (inside and out) was excellent. Varduhi (cleaning staff) was excellent very friendly and warm-hearted person - she really made the stay that much better.

Convenient location. Walking distance to restaurants and republic square. Large well furnished rooms. Bathrooms with bidet spray/shattaf. Good in-room dining menu.

The location , the beuty salon , the room is big clean and comfortable , the staff .. the excutive food / drinks bar. The most thing i like having wash out shut off water in bathroom.

If you stay at the right side of the hotel as you enter the main doors, you will end up hearing live music from the restaurant next door (sherep), so your best option is to actually go there which is not a bad idea. Also room service shuts early, night menu starts at 11pm, I tried ordering at 10:45 and the kitchen was closed, so I could only order from the night menu.

Overall it was good except that we had an issue with the travel agency at the hotel. It has been communicated to the hotel who have apologized and understand they are going into the details of it.

Location and the building exterior is great. Rooms and bed were comfortable.

The female staff at check in were very friendly and helpful, the same can't be said for the men at concierge, and at the entrance. Not friendly at all and would stare at us coming in and out. Made us feel uncomfortable.

Hotel is well located, very luxurious and the staff are super helpful. Breakfast options are good with strong coffee and lovely views of Republic Square. Room service is surprisingly good and quite fast.

I was unable to regulate the A/c so opted to switch it off and open the window instead. Fresh air was good and the temperature at the moment is quite pleasant.

The location was awesome. The room was a bit outdated but clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff was excellent. I also liked that they have their own cars to take me to my meetings.

The windows on the top floor were shut closed. But I guess that was done for safety reasons.
