We chose Yerevan Place because of its central location on Republic Square. It's perfect for accessing all areas of the city. Close to wonderful restaurants, cafes, historic sites withing he city, etc. Anything you want to see is within walking distance or a short, inexpensive gg ride away. But we LOVED Yerevan Place because of its wonderful staff, the level of personal attention we received, and the connections we made to these lovely people. We especially want to credit Team Lead Andre'', Anaheid, Diana, Hratch, Avetis, and Artzig who were top-notch professional, warm and personable. The cooks and kitchen staff, especially the breakfast ladies who put up with my very basic Aremenia, and delivered an AMAZING, fresh and delightful breakfast and created lovely fresh dishes throughout our stay. George, Ana, and Maria at the front desk were also exceptionally kind and helpful. We stayed THREE WEEKS so you really get to experience a place during that length of stay. I can honestly say we miss everyone at Yerevan Place. Housekeeping was also very responsive to our needs, always making sure our room was serviced regardless of what time we removed the "do not disturb" sign. I can't say enough about how much our choice of hotel added value to an already meaningful trip (my husband was visiting his homeland for the first time). Hugs all around to my new friends at Yerevan Place and a HEARTFELT thank you!! We will stay in touch!!

Everything was delightful. I can't think of anything to complain about.

The location is amazing, right next to the square where you can find everything. Petros, the concierge, was a great help and very pleasant person to deal with as he helped us also by providing us with helpful information. Maria from the reception as well she was very polite and helpful. The rest of their stuff found difficulty in communicating however they were trying their best..

The new year eve there was no service at all at the hotel, they refused to provide us with room service and even we had to go to supermarket to buy our own food, Kristina, one of the stuff, was very rude and not helpful at all. Whatever we ask, she was negative about it even a bucket of ice. And that was not enough next days she was looking at us as if we are the one that did mistake by asking to be served.. I would recommend to sent her to training on customer support or perhaps change her position to something that she doesn't have to interact with guests.

Location is great. We were a family of 5, and we used the sitting area right outside the hotel very much, especially after a long day of seeing Yerevan, you don't want to immediately go to your rooms. Staff is awesome, very helpful and attentive. Good improvement from when I stayed in 2021. It was nice to see an Arab staff member, who was also attentive to us. Sona, Bedros, and others were very helpful as well, always making sure that we didn't need anything. Housekeeping was very good too! Breakfast is good.

Maybe some form of mosquito repellent could be put outside, it wasn't anything crazy. But it would be helpful to some of us who are more likely to get a mosquito bite, there's always one or two in every family.

Big room, great location, very friendly staff, clean facilities, great breakfast including very sweet strawberries, other tasty fresh fruits, honey comb, homemade pasties and deserts. Bliny und Sirniki were also very tasty. The kitchen is open so we could see them preparing the dishes. Complementary water (2 bottles) every day. Friendly and helpful cleaning staff. The beds very huge. Each bed was like 120×200 cm or something. Was definitely not a standard single bed. Spacious bathroom with very convenient shower. Big flat TV with a personalised greeting note was a pleasant gesture. We arrived before the breakfast so they prepared a breakfast box for us. That was very sweet and thoughtful. The terrace outside is very cozy.

Hotel location is absolutely perfect. It’s so central so very easy to reach all the local attractions. On our were greeted by most welcoming Samson. He was so helpful and very polite. Our check in process was very straight forward. Rooms are very clean and beds extremely comfortable. The purpose of our visit was a special birthday celebration and Samson , Avet and Marek could not be more helpful. They have made our stay very special and we are looking forward to coming back again soon. Excellent hotel with excellent staff !!! Thank you

Location of the hotel is excellent. There is a parking space for cars just in front of the hotel. Staff was really friendly. Rooms are big enough, clean and comfortable. There is tea maker, minibar and tv available. Every day you get 2 bottles of water in the room and also rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast is great with a lot of options. Check in and out can be made during the night with no problems. Hotel can arrange airport transfer.

Staff Behaviour & Language Problem

The location of the hotel is wonderful, excellent and clean. I recommend it. It is in the heart of the city, Yerevan, close to some tourist places by walking to them from one minute to approximately 20 minutes, such as Maidan Square, North Avenue, the Opera, the Blue Mosque, the Yerevan Amphitheatres, the dried fruit market, the silverware market for gifts, and halal Arabic restaurants. I loved the hotel because of the very cheerful faces of its wonderful staff, the high level of interest in us, and their warm-heartedness, to the point of their kindness. We never felt alienated in this beautiful country and they were very cooperative, as they provided us with a car for reception and farewell at the airport for a not high amount, drivers for tourist tours, and guided us to some tourist attractions and places. Shopping near the hotel. A word of thanks and appreciation to all the work team, including those I dealt with: Mariya, Anna, Avet, Rami I apologize for the rest whose names I don't remember. I was very sad to leave Armenia and did not say goodbye to the wonderful staff. Thank you from the heart to everyone..
