Everything was great and I am very grateful to grandmother, Anoush and Suzy who are very kind and hospitable. The pleasant atmosphere of the hotel yard with beautiful trees and the sound of birds is great for relaxing. There was a refrigerator, electric kettle and dishes in the room. The water in the bathroom was always hot. The towels and sheets were very clean. The room and beds were very comfortable and quiet. There is a coffee machine and snacks inside the hotel. Supermarket, bakery, restaurant and bus station can be reached with a 3-minute walk. Access to Republic Square and Dalma Mall is possible with a twenty-minute walk

If you don't want to expend lots of money, i strongly suggest this hotel, it is not luxurious but it has a cozy atmosphere. We got a really good vibe from the staff. You can get to the Center by 20 minutes walking.

Everyday room cleaning Our room had not get cleared for 5 days of our stay with the hotel staff. I think staff must consider this. Also the lightening of room was terrible. They should change lamp lights.

We booked this stay last minute as we were coming from Tbilisi to Yerevan and we landed on Kilikia bus station. The hotel is located on the other side of the street from the station, comfortably located near the supermarket, bakery, bus stop, ATM, pharmacy, essentially everything you may need, although the neighborhood might not look appealing. The hotel is very small but extremely clean, you can almost eat off the floor there. It has a big yard with tables and the smoking area is probably perfect during warm weather. The room is very cozy and clean with a kettle, fridge and TV. The owner is extremely nice, available on whatsapp (then number on the booking page) and ready to help you anytime. She even let us leave our luggage for the day. There's an easy access to the city centre by various bus or by taxi so it's a great place to stay if your coming to Kilikia.

The only thing there wasn't enough hot water for the 3 of us :/

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The owner and staff are very kind and hospitable. We had all the necessary facilities and we faced no problems during our stay. For Iranians, the hotel is closed to the US embassy. You can go to the embassy by a 10-min walk. You can go to the city centre by a 20-min walk There is a 24 hour supermarket, bakery.and also bus station nearby. I highly recommend this place.

The staff very hospitable and friendly. And the location was great, the bus stop is really close to the hotel and public transport is really comfortable and affordable. You can reach your desired destinations in Yerevan very fast. The distance to the USA embassy, supermarket, bakery and Kilikia bus stop was really short.

The room was a little small for two people. And there wasn't blanket in the rooms.

I totally recommend staying there. So clean and cozy room. Good Wi-Fi . Professional and friendly staff. The hotel is very central, 15 min from airport (by car) , 5 min walk to the central bus station and 15-20 min walk to the Republic square. I enjoyed so much my stay.

- fair price - very clean - free drinking water - great WiFi - a bakery 100m away - quiet - good A/C + fan - very comfortable bed and pillows

- is quite far from the center (30 minutes walk) - the fridge could have been cleaner - some tea sachets would have been great - the bathroom tends to smell a bit

what I really liked was their kindness and the fact that I traveled alone and it was a completely safe place for a girl. the location of the hotel is so good and you have access to everything

maby if they could provide a stove at each level in the chicken.

Staff was very accommodating. We arrived in Yerevan very early and they still allowed us to check in and not worry about payment until we woke up. The location is great. There are plenty of stores near and the walk to the mall and city center is nice.
